Or better yet just never buy a condo, escpecially if the Perkins & Anctil law firm is hired by the condo board. Bad Judges, ignorance, and anti-American Massachusetts law does not protect condo homeowners and practically gives lawyers the right to rob you of everything. And they will. Perkins & Anctil are outrageously awful liars and thieves. Fox Meadow disgusts me because they are hypocritical. They do not enforce condo rules evenly. The condo board members and their buddies can do whatever they like. The rules don't apply to them. Meanwhile they invade your privacy, bully, bend the rules, and lie. It is not just fines but unknown legal fees that will kill you. Nobody can stop them. The court has no time and they just let the condos totally abuse homeowners. Much of the building at Fox Meadow is not up to code and basic safety is neglected. Stay very far away. Anyplace is better to live.
