I ordered 25 Loblollys 4-5' tall, I recieved 24 of 2 different kinds of pine trees 3-5' tall with a piece of tape wrapped around them indictating the date dug of 4-8. By the time I got the trees they were out of the ground for 2 weeks, Not what they claim on their website. I planted the trees and watered them like they recommend and today all but 2 are dead.
I called them and they said they don't take complaints over the phone, to send an email with pictures. I did that and their anonymous responce was ""they are a wholesaler they don't guarantee their trees.
