This company is a fraud. I purchased a pair of the Revenge shoes March 6th 2014. I inquired about a tracking number because I never recieved one after the purchase. I went to the website to get the contact information and the website was down for days after my purchase, but luckily on my receipt there was an email address where I could contact someone so I emailed them. The emailed back stating I would receive a tracking number within 10 days of the purchase. On March 16th I never received an email so on the 17th I emailed them back and they took days to respond. I had to send several emails before I got a response. When I did get a response on the they said that the order would be despatched and I would receive the tracking number shortly. That was March 18th. On March 20th I emailed them back stating I have yet to receive a tracking number after they lied about sending them out. They never emailed me back about a tracking number. I emailed them stating I wanted a refund and they completely disregarded my request. I threatened to file a claim if they werent recieved or a tracking number wasnt provided and yet and still no response. It wasnt until I called them frauds that they responded stating they could not give me any tracking information because I filed a claim through pay pal for a refund, but this is how I caught them in a lie. I filed the claim with paypal on the March 24th. This company lied about sending the shoes out on March 18th, 2014. Soooo how were you not able to provide a tracking number for an item you claimed you dispatched already. Yes this company has cute affordable stuff but they are not credible and their customer service sucks. I'm still waiting on a refund from paypal from them. I ordered the shoes weeks in advanced to me vacation and I never ever got them. Beware befor you buy from them. There are several legit websites like lolashoetique.com, gojane.com, urbanog.com, makemechic.com, necesaryclothing.com, kevinhaddenboutique.bigcartel.com that have the same stuff they have and you are guaranteed to get your items in a timely manner. oh below I copied and pasted the emails between this company and myself. They never once apologized about their bad customer service and lies

I emailed you days before I filed the claim and told you if I don't receive a tracking number I would put in a claim. If the shoes were dispatched last week like u said then I would've still received them, claim or no claim. You never responded back after I told you I would put in a claim, but you can reply within minutes this morning after I question the integrity of you and your company. I'm not a fool. The shoes were never dispatched and thats why there's no tracking number. You probably didn't have them in stock or had to order them from somewhere else before you could mail them to me. You didn't keep an open line of communication and I told you everything i was going to do, prior to doing it, so yes I filed a claim. You need to be more professional and follow through on what you say. coming from parents who own and operate their own clothing store, I know the ins and outs of communication, professionalism, and customer service and that's why I said fake and fraudulence will get you no where! I am happy to know you were receiving my emails and just simply not responding to the ones you didn't want to respond to. But may you be blessed and this is a lesson learned for me and hopefully you'll be a better business person down the line. have a good day.

You filed a claim with Paypal therefore we already sent Paypal the request to refund your payment. We cannot issue you a tracking reference with a open dispute. Paypal will refund your payments so please contact Paypal customer service.
