1. They provide no research or creatate content for businesses websites. They won't complete the basic items to help a website be indexed, or successful. No comittment in completely SEO on hte backend for websites to be found or indexed by search engines. Up until the end of 2014 they were not completely anything more than a one tilte for the home page. They were managing over 5,000 websites that had no SEO page information listed. They were not proofing websites for connect information being correct, spelling errors on every page, and no help in building websites that actually have social links, backlinks, or text content that that would make the money it cost a worth while investment. Noone was managing the websites performance, but they are charging a 99.00 per month fee as a full service website management product. They completely leave it upto the customer to provide text content and images or they use shock info repeatedly on all their websites. The biggest rip off is you don't even own your website. If you cancel you don't get to keep any of the websites content. Penny Saver USA owns it.
2. Business listings is just a product they rare selling and then using Yext software to complete a customer's listing. If the customer does follow up with pictures, logo, featured content etc.. they willjust fill in the basic name, address, and phone number andhave it sent to all the directory that list businesses. They don't proof the listings and the social pages they build for business is by defualt done under Penny Saver USA lisitngs. They also chargefor managing the listings at 89.00 permonth. They don't do any updates or changes on their own but will provide changes per the customers request. There is no management needed once the listings are built out. A couple times a year there might be an update needed but that's all thatis needed. Complete rip off to pay 899.00 per yesr and not even correctlyor completely build out the lisitngs. I can do listings for businesses for 200.00 and it's a one time fee.
3. SEM is the biggest rip off of the three. First of all half of your weekly fee gose to them for managing your campaign. The person in charge of SEM never connacts the customerjust inputs the customer information that is sent in with each new order. They use a software program to process each order and no one reviews the campaigns weekly stats and inputs updates unless the customer calls in and complains. After a the campaign is set up and landing page is completed there is no managment being done unless the customer ask for help. They still take have of your weekly fee as a managment cost. If youpay them 500.00 per week only 250.00 goes to your adwords campaign. Penny Saver USA gets 250.00 and they are not doing anything at this point. They also have a 6 month committment that has changed to 3 months on a special promotion deal. They have said for years it takes around 6 months to optimize any adwords campaign as to the reason for the 6 months contract uuntil a month age when they started promoting a 3 month coampign spcecial. Now they are doing a complete turn around by acting as if businesses will be able to sucessful in half the time they were claiming for the last 3 years. They also pad ther stats by including more than just clicks that call or fill out a contact form to make their percentage look bigger than it is. They don't even have anyone checking the phone calls accounts are getting to block out marketing calls. If a advertiser calls a business after seeing them in Google paid ads they just count all those calls as quality calls from customer's campaigns. That is a joke. They are clear that they make no promises as to getting results so getting a refund from a campaign that results in no sales is impossible.
