This company is stealing plain and simple. The package insert states you have 30 days to try the product, when you call the company their reps state that you 14 days to try the product which includes shipping time. How in the hell are you trying a product you don't have and they charged my card before the 14 day trial was even up. After getting a hard time from one of their reps, I was finally given a cancellation code which I hope is valid. The other product African Mango cleanse you can't even get through to them by phone or web which leaves you to have to go through your bank to file a dispute and put stop payments on these people. These people are relentless and will try to charge your account under a different name so you have to monitor your account closely, just a damn headache all the way around. Buyer beware !!!!!
Charged my account too soon and it was recurring monthly charges for both the cleanse and the extract without my knowing or approving. I also found a 49.99 charge on my account, which I was afraid could be related in some way. I have Closed my account. Look for other unknown charges please!
The first line of their pamplet says "Congratulations on taking advantage of our risk free offer". The next paragraph says: "Give Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract and our amazing support staff thirty days".
The next paragraph says "If you are not 100% satisfied that we have done everything in our power".
What a bunch of bull. I only received my order last Friday. I seen the charges on my bill today for 2 new bottles. UM, according to my calculations I did not get 14 days to try. Even if it was 20 days, where is my 30 days for 100% satisfaction???
When I called them to tell them to credit my account, and not to send the product, they claim according to the little box I checked off, my 14 day trial starts the day I ordered it! What??? That makes not common sense. It is not a 14 day trial until I have 14 days to try it. I have left my name for a supervisor to call me back.
I purchased a sample from them and within 16 days my credit card was charged $86.00 and $76,00 for the special promoted product. If I had known that they would charge that much for their products I would never have purchased it.
I called them directly after I noticed the 2 charges to my account and cancelled both products. I was then informed that I could npot return the used product, remember they stated 100% guarabntee.
I started getting frustrated with them and demanded some refund. I was informed by a so called supervisor that they would be willing to refund me half of each charge. That was 6 months agao and still no refund back to my account.
I just called them again requesting to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold. The person came back onto the telephone and told me that a supervisor would call me back. They can not find my cancelled account information nor have they called back. I have no choice but to relay this as a rip off company and warn others, Do Not Buy these products from this company. Satisfaction is not guaranteed nor will any representative call back. This company should be sued and closed down.
I requested a 14 day trial that I only had to pay shipping for weightloss all natural medication. They state that after 14 day trial their fine print states that you will be billed. I ordered on 9/8/14, order shipped 9/10/14 and I did not receive the order until 9/13/14. My 14 days is nupt up until 9/27/14 as far as I'm concerned. I canceled the order today with an cancelation confirmation of GGG0923. They are telling me that I will not get my money back and it will not be removed from y checking account. They also state that in Good Customer Service

I am in the same boat as everyone else on this website. Signed up for free trial, paid for shipping only, then when the "free trial period" of 14 days from date of placing order then they charged me 100% or $84!! Do not understand logic since it took about 10 days for the product to show up. THEN 1 month after original order they charged me AGAIN for another bottle that is now somewhere in transit so I cannot get a refund until I #1 receive it in the mail, #2 return it/mail it back and #3 they receive and process the refund!

Please be aware. The site doesn't say anything about extra charge. I was charged initially 4.95 and again entry of 74.68. When I say I can return the product they say 30 days order starts from the day I order. I don't understand their logic. I hope others don't suffer
