AND NOW IF YOUR RENT IS NOT PAID BY THE 5TH A $50 LATE FEE BUT THAT IS OKAY (ACCEPTABLE) WHAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IS AS A HOME OWNER THATS HAS SPENT NEARLY 25,000 ON THIS STUPID HOUSE, GUESS WHAT IF MY RENT IS NOT PAID BY THE 15TH OF THE MONTH WHICH WOULD MAKE IT 2 WEEKS LATE, THEY FILE A WARRANT ON YOUR PROPERTY AND EVICT YOU EVEN IF YOU OWN UR HOME. SO ANOTHER WORDS IF YOUR RENT IS LATE FOR SOME REASON LIKE MEDICAL YOUR SLAPPED WITH A TOTAL OF $200 IN LATE FEES BY THE 15TH OF THE MONTH. THATS SORRY.....
