This company appears to deal in the epitome of the old 'Bait & Switch' scheme as well as in U n e t h i c a l B u s i n e s s P r a c t i c e s !!
On 7/30/14, I spent over 2.5 arduous and unpleasant hours on the phone (from Skype # 661.748.0240) – with ‘Sid’, whom I had been lead to believe is a technician, but turns out to be, Saurabh Sachdeva, Founder & CEO of PCHELPDESK247 TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. (according to LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/saurabhsachdeva).
In spite of providing Sid, PCHELPDESK247, with copies of the confirming email of 4/17/13 and original invoice,attached to that email, (for $379.95) which stated 'Your Service includes 2 Yrs. Unlimited Technical Support for Software Related Issues 1 Computer.' (to 4/17/15), he refused further help/service without another payment (renewal), which seems to be their standard line, when I had called previously.
He Refused To Honor Our Agreement and asked for "time to find the company copy of the invoice". After considerable time to 'search' for ‘their copy of the invoice’, 'Sid', who seems to be the company FOUNDER AND CEO, came up with an unsigned invoice and email at odds and different than what they sent me on 4/17/13. He claimed I had purchased 1 year of technical support for $379.95, which AT THAT PRICE, I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED!
This is at clear odds & in violation of the terms of the email and docusigned invoice dated 4/17/13, which PCHELPDESK247 sent me on that date, providing for 2 YRS. Unlimited Support' (to 4/17/15).
Because of the obvious disagreement, I asked to speak to a supervisor and Sid then referred me to Mike, whom he introduced as his 'supervisor', (employee ID 1023714). He also refused further help/service without another payment (renewal), which seems to be their standard line, when I have called previously. In retrospect, I am not surprised that Mike, the purported supervisor, who actually works for ‘Sid’, was not free to disagree with the company CEO.
Bottom Line: They would NOT honor what I purchased AND we agreed to on 4/17/13.
To Be Clear: I simply expected this company to honor their agreement with me.
