This company offered a free scan of my computer and found many things that were slowing it down. I paid $29.95 for a software fix. In order to activate the software after I had already paid the $29.95, I had to call a phone number. The person that answered could not speak english very well. It was hard to understand him. All he wanted to do was sell me a 1 year contract for $249.95, not to activate the software I bought. Finally after over an hour the guy hung up when I refused to buy an annual contract. When I got control of my computer, my keyboard was all messed up. Numbers were letters and letters were numbers. I finally managed to delete his software and had to restore my computer to an earlier date to get it working. I wasted 2 hours with this company and got nothing but aggravation for my $29.95. Why can't companies be honest and do what the say they will do and not try to rip off individuals?
