Total fraud, read my story, I hope that I will convince you not to use these people. These people should be in jail or at least the site taken down. I am going to write to the BBB and every antiscam site I can find. I was referred to this site by an ex-friend. I had paid $320 for a lifetime membership. This site uses Sophos and adware medic both of which are free. I thought I was subscribing to Sophos and I wound up with a group of people from India. They were never successful to help me. After a few times of frustrating calls because their American accent was so hard to understand I asked where am I calling. I was lied to and told I am calling South Carolina. Subsequently after a few more calls I was told by a tech I was calling India. The real or tremendous scam happened when I was called and told that the company was going out of business because they could not renew their license with Sophos and they wanted to return my money. I admit they following was a stupid thing I did. Because they work by remotely going onto my computer and move about the menus, I allowed them to remotely go into my credit cards and bank account thru western union to supposedly return part of my money. In my opinion what happened is that I rogue tech represented himself as being from the company. Instead of depositing money he attempted to withdraw money, $750 from one credit card and $600 from another credit card. He was not successful because the bank asked for confirmation. Then they tried to do the same thing through PayPal. I immediately froze and closed all my accounts and I was able to save any transfers. I read some of the scam/fraud reports before calling the company and asking for a manager. I asked the mgr. why so many complaints, of course I got the runaround as an explanation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY SHOULD BE CAUGHT FOR FRAUD. Now I am going to do fraud reports with my banks, etc. My new antivirus software has advised blocking this site. Learned a lesson too late. Class action lawsuit should happen.
When I first had trouble with Adobe products I was sent online to pcexperts247 as the place to get the problem resolved. While they did, they gave me a long list of problems in my computer they could also fix and offered to protect me from further issues for $248 for three years.
Recently I purchased a new computer and needed to transfer my old files. They said it would be no problem and I told them to go ahead. For 13 hours over two days they messed around, and almost lost six years worth of pictures from my Photoshop files. I should note that I used to teach photography and was a combat photographer in Viet Nam. I have over ten thousand pictures in my Photoshop file and six years would have been a massive loss.
They finally admitted they did not know how to manipulate Photoshop files and could not solve the problem. I went to another service and they had all the problems resolved in three hours. This bunch are incompetent idiots and scam artists. They do not know what they are doing beyond the simplest issues. They sell you a bill of goods and will mess up your computer if offered the opportunity.
