Hello guys don't apply on payoneer for an account they are sell your personal information including your passport, national id card, driving license etc. if you call them regarding the issue they will tel you they are not able to gave you information over the phone for security issue (if they can't why they provide phone number there website?)
after apply on payoneer you can't anywhere to apply for an a bank account or credit card or debit card if you apply with you personal detail you will see massage the user already applied before! you can't also get find out your account number from then to continue it.
after that payoneer open lot of account on paypal and ebay using your account number and personal detail then they Scam money from ebay, craglist etc customer using paypal so be careful to applay on payoneer.

Maybe YOU ARE THE SCAMMER HIMSELF. I am not Payoneer user or work in payoneer. I also have my doubt about payoneer but I know there is some haters that like to spread false info on web because they are payed to do it or because the company is have some issue with their believe even how ridiculous it is.(I had seen KFC and MC D bombed just because they are American company. Ridiculous right?)
