I have been using Payment Alliance Intl for many years now and never had a problem...Starting 2/27/15 they suddenly without me knowing and without any notice, Payment Alliance began debiting my Bank Account for amounts ranging from $2000 to $4000...thru 3/16...totally almost $16k....for Six debits..I only became aware of on Sat 3/14 and had to wait till Mon 3/16 to phone them to find out what the hell was going on...Their agent, Yolanda said it appeared to her that we had been paid twice for the same Submittal...found that hard to believe, checked my Batches and could not find any duplicate credits by PAI,...made numerous phone calls to Yolanda at PAI for some backup...finally by 3/16 evening I got a one page printout of various charges going back to Oct 2014 listing various amounts they said were duplicate payments...Since we process by Folio numbers, and thet did not furnish Folio numbers on the printout, its almost impossible to verify their claim...and if my customers were billed twice on the CC Statement, i would surely have heard from them...All this week I have been calling them, Finally, Steve from management called back and said Senior Management is looking into the problem...As of late today, 3/19 I have not received an answer ...only recourse left is to hire a lawyer and go after ttem
We were with Payment Alliance processing our credit card sales for over 20 years and we called to cancel our contract and they informed us all we needed to do was submit a closure request and then they charged us $510.00 for early cancellation.
They are liars.
They are devious and untrustworthy. Never would I recommend PAI
