This place is a joke and very unprofessional, and they will hold your money without cause.
I have very few transactions by credit card, perhaps a total of 10 since acquiring the service yet TWICE this company has frozen my funds for vague reasons such as analyzing my account, etc. When I first signed up for the account they froze my first transaction for over a month with no explanation other than making sure I was legitimate. That was about a year ago. On 11/24/14 I transacted a visa charge of $350.00 and noticed that their next day deposit had not occurred. I received an email stating that they were holding the funds and could I please send them an invoice. I emphasized that this was very disconcerting to have funds held up on a product that I have already produced and shipped to my customer.
I sent them the invoice with all information they would need. About 12 hours later I received another email from their help desk stating that my account was being analyzed and that the funds would be held up for 24-48 hours more. Additionally they wanted a "Business Model" and Business License (if my state required one) in order to release the funds! My business operation was provided to them when I signed up - but they suddenly needed it again. If the credit card owner is not filing a complaint about a suspicious transaction I find it ludicrous that Pay Anywhere takes it upon themselves to review my business transactions as though I have done something wrong.
Spelling and grammatical errors are rife in their correspondence reflecting a very suspect business. I will be closing my account after this transaction is resolved and would advise anyone seeking a credit card processing application to look elsewhere.
