I've just started using Paxum. I'm a web designer for a company who pays me for my services through this e-wallet service. Let me just begin by saying that they have absolutely the most horrible customer support that I've ever experienced. There is no way to email them. The do not answer back to the support tickets that you submit to their forum. They have a 24 hour phone support operator which never answers. The only thing that you get when calling their support number is an automated message saying that all their representatives are busy and for you to call back later. I've tried calling them at almost every hour of the day for the past week and have gotten the same thing.

My problem is that I was paid a pretty significant sum of money for a job that I've just completed. First of all it took them forever to verify my my account so that I could receive money. Once that was done, I linked my bank account with the service so that I could withdraw the money in my account to my original bank account. I used their EFT method, which transfers the funds in my Paxum account to my original bank account within 5-7 business days. It's been over two weeks now, and the money has not even showed up in my original bank account. However, the money has not been returned to my Paxum account. My Paxum checking account is showing $0.00. I've submitted numerous support tickets and which go unanswered. The only one that did get answered, they gave me a generic answer stating that they had a lot of support tickets to answer and would get to me as soon as they could. That was over a week ago. All my money is lost, and I needed that money to pay the rent on my apartment.

Do not use this company. I don't truly believe that they are a scam, but I believe that they have a horrible business model and inadequate people working for them. They don't answer support tickets, they don't answer phone calls, and the main service that they are supposed to provide doesn't work. I've lost out on over $2,000, and they aren't even attempting to help solve the problem that is on their end.
