Those are the same employees that feel on edge everyday they work there always worrying that they could lose their jobs at an instance. The employees there work 12 hour long shifts and are not even aloud to take a 15 minute nap on their break. Even if you close your eyes for 15 minutes you can get fired on this job if the right person see you (someone who wants to make a name for themselves getting you fired)! Some people have been fired for this. I've even had certain bosses literally watch me and threaten to fire me, not while on break but while I'm sweating and working. They seem to fire all of their hardest working employees while keeping the employees who do nothing but cause trouble for other employees. It does not matter to them how many years you've loyally worked for them, how seriously you take your job, how hard you work or how well you treat others. Make one unintentionally human mistake on paperwork or some other task and you are sure to get suspended without pay or fired. It only takes a few, up to for 4 within a year. Even if you make a mistake on a pot cleaning form and employer number 2 signs off on it and use it rather than spot the error and reclean the pot. You still get counted for that error! They never give raises, bonuses or just plain and simple appreciation for all your hard work and dedication to the company. They expect their workers to perform miracles and make batches of high quality products using worn out, half unserviced, patched up and half repaired equipment. There are also times when lines of product are being rushed to be made by management. When the product comes out as no good or crap, the employees get blamed for the bad products even though its not the fault of the employees. Good loyal employees know why the products turn out bad because they help make the product through procedures. They've often tried to give good suggestions that would resolve issues involving faulty machinery and bad products but are usually ignored. Some employers there have also been physically hurt because the company refuses to order the proper equipment for opening large canisters and some with strong chemicals used for cleaning the work machines.
