My brother purchased what was he thought a unique and special gift for my fiance. A six month pasta of the month club on or about Feb 8 2014. Thinking a shipment would arrive shortly.
In april when we have not recieved any pasta. My brother and I both emailed company finallly we recieved 4 packages of pasta in May. thinking we would recieve future shipments as ordered for the next 5 months. Well low and behold it is now July and we have yet to recive any pasta nor correspondance from company!
I have tried emailing company numerous times with no reply. Even posting on thier Facebook page. No reply what so ever!
How can a company operate this way? Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. as I am quite fed up how a bussiness can get away with this. And if nothing else others would read this and not order from them.
This was a gift and do not want to bother my brother as he is extremly busy. i am sure he used a credit card to purchase will have to tell him to call credit card company and get credit.
We contacted the customer regarding this order. A full refund was issued, and the order was still shipped to make up for the error. We apologize for the inconvenience in this order.
