First of all, I had two exams, HP0-D30: Navigating the Journey to Cloud, and HP0-D31: Designing HP Data Center and Cloud Solutions. I could only load one exam on my PC at a time, but needed both installed simultaneously as I had my exams back to back. After many days of emailing back and forth was I finally able to get them to hack together an install for my second exam, which basically changed the default location of the installer.
Next, less than 5 of the questions (out of 65) were actually on the exam. Not to mention, these questions were evidentially written by customer service department because they were also riddled with misspelled words, incomplete questions and answers. Needless to say I failed big time.
I had my suspicions about this company before I bought their product, but since I saw the 100% guarantee, I figured it was worth a chance. I wouldn't have even taken the chance otherwise. But, after requesting a refund, I was denied, saying 'HP exams' aren't covered by their return policy. Wha?
When I contacted customer service via email, all I received were incomplete phrases posing as responses; not one response was a complete sentence and my questions were never answered in regards to my inability to get a refund or why this material was even available for purchase if it was already expired...as I'm writing this, I'm sure they are still selling this as a viable product, even after I told them that only a few (less than 5 of 65) questions are on the exam, as the exam has either been updated, or they never had a viable product to begin with. Ever.
Oh yea, here's their 'fine print'- they basically don't guarantee any of their exams, how could they? LOL
"Guarantee Policy is not applicable to Admission Tests, Language Courses, Avaya, CISSP, EMC, HP, Oracle, PMI and SSCP exams as www.pass4sure.com provides only the practice questions for these."
Pass4Sure is a scam company. I paid over $200 for Linux+ study materials and received very few study materials along with a study guide for the completely wrong exam. I contacted them several times regarding the surprising lack of content for $200+ dollars and the fact that I received the incorrect study guide.
Their ""support staff"" either does not understand english very well or did not want to answer my questions. My queries were crystal clear, yet their answers had nothing to do with my questions and they avoided them altogether. There were supposed to be periodic updates to their software, but these updates either don't work or don't exist...I never received even one update in over two months.
I was told that after three months that updates to the software would cease. However, my access to the software was cut off completely in less than the alloted 90 days. Upon taking the LX0-101 exam, I found that about half the test was not covered by their minimal Q&A and that there were close to a dozen incorrect questions and/or answers.
Pass4Sure is a complete scam. If you take the time to look for more reviews on this company, you will find that about 90% of them echo what I'm saying here. Please save your time and money & don't spend it on anything this shady company has to offer. Also, regarding their guarantee of a refund for exam failure, if you read the other reviews you will note that Pass4Sure's guarantee of a refund for exam failures is also untrue, you will not receive a refund.
