DO NOT USE PASADENA RECOVERY CENTER! this place is a joke, my brother need some help with his alcohol problem and I was told by another professional to use this center. The center required a deposit of $1,500 and they that if my brother decided not go to Pasadena Recovery Center I would then be refunded. Well my brother decided against go to Pasadena Recovery Center .So then I called pass recovery center for my refund as they had stated .Well I have them several times to ask for my refund and they have just been playing "stupid "and giving the run around. First they stated they had given me a refund when they never did. These people are thieves and will take your money and not refund you. Mike and Carol are horrible and I am glad my brother did not decide to use Pasadena Recovery Center. Because I can imagine how the actual center is. IF YOU VALUE YOUR $$ DO NOT USE THESE THIEVE(AKA:PASADENA RECOVERY CENTER)
Our son has an addiction to methanphetemine. We were told that the Pasadena Recovery Center was a good place for recovery. We were told that we had to pay $7,500 in order to reserve his bed at the center and if the intervention was not sucessful we would get our money back. Well, the intervention was not sucessful and they will not give us our money back. Our son hasn't stepped foot in the center and they feel they have the right to keep our money. Carol is the head of finance at the center and she lied to us. She is very charming and sympethetic on the phone until she recieves your payment. I can't believe Dr. Drew is associated with this center. Obviously he must know what's going on and yet he condones it. Shameful behavior by one of medias most popular.
