PURCHASED A PART FOR A TRUCK BED RAIL GAVE THEM THE MODEL YEAR IT CAME TJE NEXT DAY WRONG SIZE NO ONE ANSWERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE ON FOR A HOUR NO PICK UP RIP OFF COMPANY
I had placed an order April 1, 2014 online at www.partsgeek.com. I had purchased a tie rod, control arm, and an axle assembly for a 2001 Oldsmobile Aurora. The purchase amount was $125.04 plus shipping and taxes. I have received the tie rod and axle assembly. I have not received the control arm which they said it was delivered.
I was home the entire week to meet the mailman. The control arm never came. The axle assembly that they sent me was the wrong one. I am having a hard time returning the axle assembly. They are not answering their phone nor sending me any emails. This place is a scam.
I recently ordered two lower control arm bushing kits in addition to several other parts. They failed to ship one bushing kit (two bushings). The bushing are packaged separately in boxes clearly marked QTY:1ea. They are demanding I return the two bushings I received before they will refund me for the bushings they still owe me. They shorted the order, there is no incomplete packaging as they are clearly marked on the boxes as 1ea. They also refuse to complete the order by shipping they two they still owe me for. This isn't a lot of money I understand, but if thye successfully rip off customers $50 at a time by the hundreds it begins to add up to an awful lot of thievery they are getting away with. They owe me one bushing kit, or to refund me the money I paid them for parts that have not been delivered but they refuse to do either.
Steer very clear, or hope that you don't have an issue with them! If you do, they won't even give you a phone number to speak with anyone to resolve the issues, everything is impersonally handled through email.
