Park view law, inc park view law mislead me into believing they could improve my credit score. San diego california
After reviewing my credit report a senior credit analyst gave me a quote for repairing my credit score based on the number of adverse accounts times three for the three credit bureaus. The credit companies have very specific and strict rules about how long negative information remains on your credit report. For my situation, my negative information remains on record for 7 years. I am sure the credit specialist i spoke with knew this information but lead me to believe that several years had passed so the credit bureaus would be willing to remove the negative information. I paid the sizeable fee to start the process. After 60 days a monthly fee of $90.00 kicks in unless the company receives a letter stating to stop it. I contacted the senior credit analyst who looked at the progress of my case and said that it should be further along than that. He offered to waive the first $90.00 fee to give the company another month to get results. Despite this promise the $90.00 still came out of my bank account. When i called to question what had happened i was told that he never stated that. Even though our phone conversation had been recorded no one at the company was willing to listen to that conversation to hear the truth. As a result i spent $600 and had nothing repaired on my credit report. Do not believe them when they tell you they can get the credit bureaus to remove negative information off your report.

I was contacted by brendan feeney of parkview legal credit repair services. Mr. Feeney requested $60. To initiate the credit repair process. He told me that afte i paid the $60. I would be asked to pay a fee of around $250. In installments. He said once the fee and installments were agreed on all erronious accounts would be contested at one time and this would happen immediately. He assured me that ther would be no further monthly fees like their competitors creditrepair.com. He also explaint the process would bring fast results which would likely take around sixty days at the most.
Hereis the ripoff.
Once i paid the sixty dollars i was contacted by another salesman who explained that they would contest nothing until i paid the entire $400. Fee which could be paid in installments. He went on to explain that nothing would be contested till the fee was paid and that after sixty days there would be an $89. Monthly fee just as they explained they did not chargebefore ipaid the initial $60.
They took my credit card account information under false pretense and charged my bank under false pretense. They also took my socisl security number under false pretense. I believe this is a sort of credit card/identity theft and would like them t return my money.
Before using their services i contact the bbb and was ok with their rating. Once the frsud occured i contacted bbb online and found their account "under review".
I believe i was defrauded and believe they use this " bait and switch" tecnique to illegally obtain account information from trusting victims. I have since found numerous complaints against this company and am filing this report in hopes they will refund mymoney and immediatly stop lieing to potential customers. There is no need to trick people out of their money when honesty and good business practices are all it really takes to succeed.
I willupdate my report the moment i learn they have returned their fraudulantly obtained payment of sixty dollars.
Parkview Law Parkview Legal Absolute scam. Nothing but lies. Internet
I contacted this company to help repair and restore my credit, which I take full responsibility for. What they promise and what they deliver are two different things. I was told during a lengthy conversation that with a continued membership, I was guaranteed to increase my score by 100 points. This of course would take several months, a $450 initial fee, and an additional $89 monthly fee. After several months of no results, I called to cancell my membership. I was told that if after an additional 30 days I was not satisfied, I would receive a 100% refund. I agreed. 2 months later, with the same score I started out with, I cancelled my "membership" and was told to call about the refund. When I did so, I was told I had to pull my credit report, which was no problem since part of their scam requires a membership to "scoresense" as well, but this time I was told that their guarantee was that they would have a deletion off my report, not the 100 point increase. The person I spoke to was only interested in keeping the money I had spent, even when I asked him to review the initial phone call where I was promised a 100 point score increase. When I asked for a supervisor, of course no one was available, and I was left on eternal hold.
Do NOT put a penny into this company. The only thing I received from them was a recurring bill, broken promises and lies.
