I orderd a hand gun and got confirmation it was in stock. I got another confirmation the 23rd of June it had shipped. I was not given a tracking number for "security" reasons. 3 day UPS was the method of delivery. Today is the 30 of June and no shipment.
I contacted the Compliace office at Palmetto and was told the package was still there. I was the next person they were going to call... I made the call to them. The explanation was that, the guns serial number did not match the shipping label. They show they never had this gun in inventory.
So it sat on Bubba's desk until someone asked about it, ME! They are sorry and will ship it inthe next day or so. That is their idea of rushing the order.
So, here I sit waiting for a simple shipment. I wish I had read the repoerts on how bad this company is to deal with. This will be my last order from them. Lower peice or not. Their customer service sucks.
I ordered ammo and magazines from PALMETTO STATE ARMORY July 26 2014. Their prices seemed fair and the items were in stock. After reading the company policies that state serial numbered items ie. firearms will take 15 days to ship and non serial numbered items ie.ammo and magazines will be shipped in 5 days. I called PALMETTO STATE ARMORY august 3. 2014 after waiting on hold for 45 minutes,I spoke to a women who apparently didn't give a crap and was obviously immune to customers complaints. She told me I would receive conformation that my order was shipped in 24-48 hours. It's august 6 2014 after PALMETTO STATE ARMORY 7:00 closing time, not a damn thing in my inbox about shipping! I plan on calling again tomorrow morning. As far as I am concerned I will never use or refer PALMETTO STATE ARMORY again!

I have contacted by voicee and email. I responce that item would ship soon.
I have notified military authorities at the Marine Bases at Beaaufort to see if they can place these places off limits to military folks.

I ordered from palmetto armories website, 500 rounds of federal american eagle 7.62x51 mm ammunition for a training class. Two weeks later they shipped me 500 rounds of dirty lake city arsenal ammo that was scratced, tarnished, pitted and looked like reload ammo that was poorly tumbled. This stuff looks nasty. I called and arranged to return it for exchange for the new federal ammo i ordered. Meantime canceled the training class. They shipped me another batch of exactly the same nasty looking lake city ammo! I called and after 2 frustrating hours on the phone getting every run around possible the lady said someone would call me back. She did and started trying to tell me what i recieved WAS new federal ammo. I took her to task and explained reality to her. She changed the story and blamed federal and said i had to deal with them. I explained that it was her company at fault and THEY needed to take it up with federal. I was then informed tbat what i got was what they sent and i had to accept it and no refund or exchange would happen. I told her i would file a complaint with my credit card co and with BBB. She laughed and said go ahead, we deal with complaints from them all the time. I told her i could believe that judging by my experience with them. She terminated the call. My emails are not being answered and repeated calls for a supervisor go to voice mail and are not returned.
