Ever since I placed my very first order with your company, it has been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!! I have received jewelry That I did not order on three occasions and I paid out of my pocket to have the jewelry sent back to you. When I received my ROAMANS statement I was being charged for this jewelry That was shipped back to you. I order the angel earrings and was shipped two pairs...I only ordered One pair, yet again I was charged on my ROAMANS credit card. I ordered two rings (stackable)with the JUNE birthstone which is PINK, I received the rings with white stones in them, I shipped them back! I received two earring, necklace sets That I did NOT order that I shipped back! I ordered a pair of earrings with Junes birthstone and received a purple stone which I shipped BACK! I ordered the rosary necklace which could not even go around my neck which I shipped back! I have kept one ring for 24.99 and 1 pair of angel wing earrings for $17.99... That is IT! I did send a 20% off coupon which was not reflected on my ROAMANS credit card invoice... these two $80 charges better be taken off my Roamans credit card or I will file a complaint with BBB. I am so pissed off with the way your company operates. You should NOT even be in business! I do not want you to send me anything else !! I am so done with Palm Beach. When I did speak with a representative from your company , there was absolutely no compassion or apology for everything that I have gone through to receive my order correctly. She had an attitude and could care less about my problem. I will never ever order anything from your company again... anyone out there reading this DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

On 09/09/14 I was planning to buy my fiancé her first ring to show to her I came a cross palm beach jewelry I bought her a ring and a neckless one for her wedding ring a other for her birthday. Sad they our both fake jewelry not only they fake when I first got it the diamond fall completely off I spend about 157.80 on both so this just the being of my story after buying both sets they send me a other transgressions that is 96.90 for the neckless after I just had a payment of 157.80 so after having a long argument with woman on the phone asking why did send my bank account in the negative they tell me I have send them their ring and neckless back after I cancel both items makes no sense if someone cancal the item why still send it to them they trying spam people out their money its a criminal act so on Monday I will be contacting my lawyer because I seek justice and I seek a full refusd... whoever (READ THIS PALM BEACH JEWELRY SPAM ARTISTS BE CAREFUL )
