1- they arrive hours late
2-they have no idea of what they are doing- will have to come back 2 or 3 times for the same problem, and they charge you every time!!
3-faulty installations with code violations!
4-they are rude and illiterate
5-Numerous complaints with the BBB which proves their incompetence
if you want a bunch of idiots messing with your AC and Heat systems this is the right crew,
