Initially, my experience was fairly good, then 2nd , 3rd and 4th visits became irritant. Twice I was left in the cleaning room for over 25 minutes with the dental hygienist parading the area. Dr. Darren only examined me once and that was it. I also recommended my wife to switch to this dentist hoping to create synergy of service, but soon things turned horrible and unethical .I had a crack on one of my teeth by the gum. The doctor arranged to fix it. I came back, he made a filling that I thought should take care of it. It did not work out. I came back the second time, he still missed the fix. Yet he charged my insurance twice and I had to pay the co-pay twice. To me, this was below expectation and terribly unacceptable. The second experience had to do with my wife, incidentally, it was a service to perform some filling too. She had categorically demanded that they seek Insurance approval, before the task would be performed. The office administrator, promised to do that, and then rescheduled. After the filling was done, a bill of over $950.00 was sent to her. She questioned it and the office manager replied that Insurance did not approve it. This was contrary to initial agreement. She became rude, unprofessional and unethical. After much argument and disagreement, she sent the bill to collection agent and right now. In addition, my wife’s gum was infected, and the filling was badly done . I am working on taking them to court. Please don’t be deceived to fall victim of the scam of this office. There are better dentists out there and no patient has to go through this garbage. Also, watch out, some the dental hygienists could use some deodorant, as they made me almost throw up with terrible odor! STAY AWAY FROM Pacific Northwest Sorrow!
