My wife was in a bad car accident 65 days ago and still no one at pacesetters cares, or will return a call. My wife was rear ended by a Chicago taxi driver who was sited and convicted of failing to yield, too fast for conditions and something else. They waited about 30 days to admit fault. (only after several threating VM left by my attorney)
Now it’s been 35 days or so and they still haven’t made a settlement offer. When you call they put you in a voice mail that is usually overfilled and hangs up on you. You can ask for a supervisor but you will be told that they are on the other line. I don’t get it they have paid $1000's of dollars to store my total car, $1000's of dollars for us to drive a rental car, and are vehicle couldn’t be worth more than $6k. Why pacesetters do you delay and delay and le about calling back.
You need to contact the correct company that handled your claim. Pacesetter Claims Service does not handle automobile claims. Please report your mistake. Sincerely Management
