Peaple need to know about his past. A few years ago Spencer Kuhn and Matthew Mercuro of San Clemente Ca. came to me while living in the vacation resort of Lake Arrowhead Ca. At the time my wife and two children lived in a gated community of Lake Arrowhead Ca. I recieved a phone call from a former client that had done very well from a tip I provided when Gold was selling around $400 an ounce. I told him to hold on the the gold as it would soon hit all time highs.
Needless to say within a short time the Gold prices hit $2000 an ounce.
At the time my client stated that his marriage was falling apart do to the fact that he had an affair and his business was failing. He told me if I could help him his wife would likely stay and work things out with him. Being the person I am I felt sad for him. After a year he told me he was still married and his life savings had grown by 300% . After I helped him his wife ended up taking HALF OF ALL HIS PROPERTY AND ENDED UP WITH MORE THAN SHE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN BEFORE. Karma is real !
This was not related to the massive FRAUD THAT Spencer Kuhn and Matthew Mercuro commited but it did DRAG ME into the story I am going to tell you about that is directly related.
Spencer Kuhn and Matthew Mercuro came to me as a referral from the person I just spoke of.
Spencer Kuhn and Matthew Mercuro of (SPATT LLC ) came to me in Lake Arrowhead Ca. stating that they had gotten over their heads on a residential construction site and it was wiping them out. Spencer and Matthew asked me if I could bail them out. I looked at the title report and the Secretary of State web site to make sure they where the only parties named as corporate memebers. After I checked to see if they in fact where the right people to speak to I told them I could buy the home subject to the current mortgage but in order for me to invest $12,000.00 a month I would need a GRANT DEED they agreed to sign over the home and gave me the keys.
Shorlty after I sold my dream home in Lake Arrowhead Ca. to move back to Orange County as I had told my wife about the oppurtunity and she was elated to be moving to a custom home in the same town we where married in (Ladera Ranch Ca. )
