In your agreement the last paragraph should give you an idea of the amount that may be expected to pay when seeking these alternative financing opportunities. Several weeks ago, sometimes in February I set up an account online with ownerwiz.com, and agreed to use the 3day free trial that was supposed to be free. a credit card or bank account number was needed although I was assured the account will not be charged during the free trial period.
After a day and a half of navigating back and forth on their website and using none of their services, I did call in to cancel the acount on reasons of not needing a new home anymore. I thought my account was cancelled, but they still charged the $39.95 from my account.
I went back and forth to obtain my money back, I have talked to all kinds of people. So far, nobody assisted me properly, I still called today, left more than few messages.
This was a ripp-off, I was unfairly charged, and I still haven't gotten back my money.
