This will be a view from inside. When you hear this don't think of it as a employee that got fired or anything like that. I was employee of the month the last two months I was there. I am just doing this to tell consumers my experience so you could make your decision on if you want to buy from this dealership. I left Ottosource about a month ago and still have not received my last pay check from a deal that vehicle was delivered a couple of days after left. Mite not ever receive that check. This company sales customers on the basis that they have high-end vehicles under 80k miles. They tell us to explain to customers that ever vehicle go through two independent mechanic facilities one via the auction and the other one Eurrotech (side note how is it a independent mechanic facilities if the same guy that owns Ottosource owns Eurtotech). Every vehicle is washed and put online for sale. Just ask them for that inspection report that CERTIFIED vehicle must go throughout and see if you get it. So, after I found out the real truth I left this company because I could not tell customers things that were not getting done to there vehicles. Over the past year I have had customer purchase a vehicle and after 2 days something go from with there vehicle engine rebuilt (AUDI)and Ottosource has put it on the customer because AS IS paperwork was signed. Rebuilt Transmission (Mercedes Benz), Front End Repair (Infiniti and Lexus) and all of these thins broke after the sale supposedly. Me knowing that I have seen them sell vehicles that had mechanical problems I just could not take it anymore. I sold 22 vehicle one month (sale men of the month)and received less than $5k and anybody in the car business know that that is bull. Next month 16 sold and they took one away just to keep me from being sale men of the month. And that 1 is the one that I still have not gotten paid for. Why would I be completing for sales with my manager? When he gets all the leads and suppose to split them amongst all of us. He get all the leads that are lay down meaning they will do credit app attached.
FYI the owner (OTTO) of the dealership is shady. The manager (Mike) is on the same page as the owner. Salesmen Chris and Billy just trying to make a living……..backs against the wall and Otto is paying them to push his agenda. You should hear the thing that I have heard from OTTO's mouth about customers during the purchase process if a customer ask for a discount.

After 2 days of looking at the vehicle only online and by talking to a gentleman named Dino, I decided to purchase the vehicle by check on 12 JUN 2015. I notified Dino that I will be traveling 5 ½ hours from San Antonio to pick up the vehicle 13 JUN 2015. He stated, “I will be here until 5pm”. When I got there on Saturday @ 510, a gentleman named Mike Steen stated “You’re lucky you caught me, we’re closed”…. (Red Flag)… horrible communication between Dino and Mike.
This vehicle is a 2012 BMW 3351 Coupe.
Based on the pictures, the vehicle looked in very good condition. The dealership advertises (3* Full Professional Detail. Every vehicle is professionally detailed by Ottosource's Service Detail Department. We make our vehicles feel "New To You". **this was not the case**.
Upon inspecting the vehicle (remember I only seen the picture on the ottosource website) there were many flaws and inoperable functions on the vehicle that were not noted on their website or taken pictures of. I stated some of the flaws (I noticed more later once I got back home 5 hours later) on the rims, two had curb rash and the passenger seat had minor holes/tears in the leather. (this was also not pictured). Asking for minimal compensation not only because this was not disclosed but for the travel I spent to pick up this vehicle they advertise as “New to You” showmanship, they did not budge whatsoever and made it seem like “it’s your problem now”.
After leaving the lot and returning home, I noticed other functions not operating in the vehicle as they should considering Ottosource does what they advertise as a
“* 130 Point Vehicle Inspection. All vehicles go through the Quality Plus Certification process and most come with our no cost to you Nationwide Certified Warranty” a “
* Visual Inspection. We make sure the items that are most common issues on pre-owned vehicles are addressed. This includes tires, clips, moldings and fasteners” and a “
3* Full Professional Detail. Every vehicle is professionally detailed by Ottosource's Service Detail Department. We make our vehicles feel "New To You".
NONE of this applied to my vehicle. List of things that didn’t function properly: Driver butler assist, automatic rear sunshade, driver cup holder, rear seat compartment, and passenger folding mirror and last but not least, an oil filter housing leak (Mike stated “this probably happened when you drove it back to San Antonio”
After numerous attempts to get reimbursed for the oil housing leak (they blamed it on me) they offered to refund me 240$ plus waive my 30 day/4,500 Mile powertrain warranty....Really??!?! Scam artist at its finest and totally not willing to take care of customers
