The Orlando Coin Exchange sells mostly polished off coins that have been warn back down to try and hide that they polished them off. Useing it to try and show some original color or to try and give it a shine again. They then price them as if they had not been defaced or try and give the coins a higher gradeing then they actually are chargeing more then they are worth and any novice collectors or somene getting a gift would just be taken not know what it actually was.
They also say they give you 80% of what your coins are worth if you choose to sell them. That would be fair if they did tell you it was a lower gradeing then it actually was. They will also only charm you when are makeing a major perchice or buying gold/silver.
They were rude to me when I was searching through the coin bins they have off to the side. The owner yelled at me for hunching over the buckets because I needed to get a good view of some coins. ( I have glasses and have to look realy close and had to look especially close to find one that was not polished off and in good shape). I am also a tall and large guy so he decides to emberass me infront of the other customers when I was nothing but polite and complient with what he had said to me.
The real event happened when he waited for everyone to leave then raised his voice at me telling me to leave. Keep in mind I am a paying customer and have been and bought most of my collection there, adding to what I had as a child. He goes on and on yelling at me and insulting me. I had seven or eight coins off to the side he could see was off to the side I was going to buy yet has some kind of vendetta against me. When I drove a half hour just to go here driveing through several tolls to get there for nothing. Just a waste of money.
Throwing a customer out because of his large size and poor eye sight.
