I ordered and they said 2-3 days and there was even an option to click to be updated when your package is shipped. I waited and waited but nothing ever came. Too good in fact. Be careful guys! I have been smoking foe a long long time and the first joint of this put me in the hospital. Dilute it with tobaco and know your limit. Ordered product on 1-30-2015 for next day delivery and have not received any product or response from organicspiceblend.com. Terrible customer service as I have repeatedly e-mailed them for an explanation as to what is going on with my order. This is not the first time this has happened. The other occurence was April 2014.

This company took my money and never delivered. When I contacted them through email, they responded on Sunday, October 12th by claiming my product was on backorder. I immediately responded by asking for a refund.
Then I received another email the very next day which was Columbus Day claiming my order couldn't be delivered to my address. I contacted the USPS to give them the tracking number I received the day after my order. Not surprisingly, they confirmed this company obtained a mailing label October 6th but never gave the USPS a package as of October 14th.
The USPS advised me that they were closed on Columbus Day so that didn't make sense. They also informed me that no package nor mail had been declined delivery to my address. In the morning I am contacting my credit card company to claim fraud against this company.
Buyers beware.... If you want to be lied to while someone takes your money, order something from organicspiceblend.com and they will be glad to do so. The charge on my card was listed as INSTYLER BUYSLAWRENCEVILLEGA although this website claims to be in Miami,Fl.

Received voicemail from a supposed employee named Caduce. I have been given a run-around for nearly a year. Asking what my order number was (there was none provided when I ordered), my money order #, etc. The money order was received Dec 23rd, and cashed Dec 26th. Continued emails and contact on their website. They use Miami Fla. as address on website, use Suwanee, Ga for mailing address. They have a sister company named Diesel Spice. I had ordered and received product from this provider, but my last order, for $47.00 worth of product, has gone unfulfilled.

These people allowed me to place an order and told me to send a money order to their address instead of visa card use. credit card was usual form of payment. i was given an order number and was listed as unpaid until money order arrived. 4 days later i got a response saying they werent taking orders at this time due to maitenance and supplier negtiations and my money would be returned in 1 to 7 days. it is now past that time and i havent gotten my refund. i doubt i will. id never had any problem with them before and now i cant leave a message or get a response to any previous messages. id say do not order from them even if they get their stuff straightened out. i no longer trust them.
