COCKROACHES AT ORANGE LAKE RESORT also known as Holiday Inn Club Vacations. We stayed twice this year at Orange Lake on 192 West in Orlando, Florida, our first night in the unit as we were unpacking there was a huge COCKROACH in the closet. Be careful Orange Lake a.k.a. Holiday Inn Club Vacations has a pest control problem. The second time we stayed when we turned off the lights in the living room a COCKROACH came out from under the sofa. We pay our maintenance fees - it's up to date - and these fees are to pay for among other things pest control. This Establishment needs to be investigated there is obviously a pest problem. With all the money we pay for maintenance plus the extra 50.00 late fee that is charged for every month one is late on their payments there is no reason whatsoever for COCKROACHES to be inside the units; basically there is more than enough money from maintenance fees to handle and control COCKROACHES. We have used our timeshare to Caribbean locations and never were there COCKROACHES to be seen inside the units or dead on the stairwell or on the window sills, yet in the U.S.A. (North America) we have a Resort infestation of COCKROACHES at ORANGE LAKE TIMESHARE RESORT. BE CAREFUL Orange Lake has COCKROACHES inside the Units.
