Cloud Pro and Optimal Hosting are a scam. They got me. Can't get free of them. Watch out, no billing support Q's unanswered, they just ignore you like you have not said CANCEL and just keep piling on the charges.
They never answer the phone, I called every hour, you just get a message to contact 'support@optimal sent emails
Try cancelling at your card company and you still get billed by your CCard also when they still claim DD that you have cancelled.. I was told that they changed the invoice number and recorded as a new separate sale. This was probably because I successfully halted them at my CC company.
What else can you do to block them taking money from you once they have all your creadit card details? Nothing apparently. This is the third time they have taken money from my account, even when my card company has assured me they can no longer do it.

I paid for a system cost around $150 that was called click clone cash created by Josh Owens Portland USA, this internet systems
is set up to make you $1000 plus per day I then got a receipt from a company call Cloudprohosting and Optimal hosting I have not been able to see any account with my details they claim that the program has made over $150000 dollars for me BUT i have not seen any money in any link that they say click here to claim your commission just the web page that ask you to pay for the program again I think I have been scammed too

When I look on bank Statement I saw $147 was taking 2 times. Why? What for? It was Friday 5pm. I sent email with questions about this Double Charge .Nobody answered. I was mad. I was no interesting with this product more. ,I sent email Cancel for Refund . They answered only after 2 weeks. Unfortunately we CAN'T REFUND, 7 days passed. too late. I complain to my Bank. Bank Investigated and was able refund only $147. Other $147 and $29.99--gone.
The same Optimal ACT.
Last year they did NOT REFUND $208. Reason : 7 days passed. It was 8 th day.
NEVER HAVE DEAL WITH BOTH THESE BUSINESS. IT 'SCAM.
Fraud Scam on internet website building. They send out emails claiming to build you a cloud website and monatizing the website through Clickbank.
It took 13 days to get my domain transferred. The website was terrible and would NOT work. They get your bank information from Clickbank and they use your credit card or debit card information to steal money out of your bank. When you do a support ticket they give you the run-around like they don't know what they are doing.
They are stalling getting you to stay over the refund period. NO legit phone #s or emails.
When you ask for your refund they will not give it to you, because they say your refund time is only 7 days. They string you along as long as you let them.
Do NOT have anything to do with these crooks! I'm trying to tell everyone I can about these people and I hope this saves you from being scammed.
