I'd purchased contact lenses from them a few times and had no problem until.. this one time I purchased the usual contacts that I order, then got a defective unit. One lens was okay but the other one was hurting my eye so bad.
So, I contacted them and adressed the problem, and they told me to send them the defective lens, but pay for it myself, then they will reimburse me after examining the lens. So, i paid about something close to 25 US dollars or so (paid in Korean won as I'm located in Korea) then, waited.
Weeks went by and no reply, so I tracked the shipment, and it said that it's being returned from Brazil because it didn't pass at the customs. So, I got the package back, and contacted Viallure again and explained the situation. Then, they told me I should send them again, but disguise it as it's not contact lens.
I didn't want to do that because I knew they were not going to be responsible if I get in any trouble after getting caught (for example, the inspector discarding the item that didn't match the description, etc) and also that it meant I had to pay 25-30 more dollars.
I wanted to just claim a dispute with Paypal, but at this point it was already past the time period I could file a dispute( since it took a long time to first get the package then a few days contacting them about the lens, then email back and fourth, and sending the lens back, lens being retained at the customs, then being sent back to korea etc)..
It was such an unpleasant experience not to mention I just lost 130 bucks and my time on this.
