Opencare.com has been calling our dental emergency number and leaving voicemails about signing up for opencare.com. Its clearly stated to only leave a message if this is a dental emergency. The calls come late at night. Very unprofessional!
open care was ordered to cease and desist by Delta dental of WA. for calling and threatening member dentists that they would have their membership terminated with Delta if they didn't sign up for open care.
Every other day, we come into our office and have a message from "Eva" from Opencare. The message is always different-we need to log into opencare.com/edit and put our right hours, we need to log in and add the insurances we are in network with, just today it was that it doesn't show if we take out of pocket patients and that we needed to update our profile.
BUT we did not have a profile with them nor do we want one. The calls always comes after the office is closed- we have not yet to talk to a person. I called them about 3 weeks ago but was unable to talk with someone (OF COURSE) and left a message telling them to take our number of the call list. They must not have gotten the message because they are still calling.
"Eva" has made calls to my residential number on multiple occasions. I have returned the calls (always getting a voicemail) to let her know she is calling not only a residential number, but one that is on both the Missouri Do Not Call List and the National Do Not Call List. Never get a reply. The last 6 or so calls do not respond when the call is answered. No legitimate business does this. The web site for this company lists a photo of a person named Eva Tang. Three calls in a 30 minute period last night after 9:00pm. This has to be a scam of some kind. OR a very unprofessional and immature person making the calls. I have attempted to call the business numbers listed on their web site, but am only allowed to leave a message, which of course in never replied to. I have filed complaints with the Missouri Attorney General and will continue to do so until somebody puts these cretins out of business.
Eva from open care has been calling and leaving messages way after hours for at least 6 months! She sometimes says that she must have our wrong office hours. Our office is a physical therapy clinic. I've never heard of a PT clinic open at midnight, so I ignored the messages for a while. Finally I tried calling their number back, but there is no way to leave a message and nobody ever answers the phone. This has to be a scam of some type
