I was waiting for a very important package.It is a certified package which requires the receiver's signature in order to receive it. But as I have to work full time, no one will be home on the week days to receive it. And I missed their first deliver attempt and received the door tag. Therefore, I called Ontrac and asked them to deliver it to my office.
After a few days, they deliver it to the old address again. And with no one there to receive it, the delivery guy Faked My Signature and Left My Package On the Street!! The package is so important to me and When they texted me that someone has signed and received the package for me, I freaked out for the whole afternoon. Even though I have found my package laying at the outside after I get back home. But the panic and pressure I had for that whole day is not a good experience at all!I have already wrote a complain letter ask them to give me an explanation, but receive no replies at all.
ONTRAC is terrible! The whole point of "SAME DAY DELIVERY" is to get it ASAP (not in 3 days as it may end up taking them). They already failed to deliver what they promised. Now I have to wait two more days because of the holiday. So they've wasted 48hours of my life where I can't get work done because I needed the equipment delivered on time to do my work. EVEN WORSE their tracking system said they were going to deliver on time (before 8pm) right up until I called to check in before 7pm when they said it was going to be delayed by 2 days!!! ONTRAC provides TERRIBLE SERVICE and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've already complained to the BBB and will post the truth of their incompetence everywhere reasonable. Ontrac earned bad karma.
