Sorry, english is not my mother tongue so I will do my best to describe a very disappointing experience during 2014.
Went to gogetdrugs.org and noticed they have a nice site with relevant content as ONLINE PHARMACY, customer support numbers (both US and UK for european buyers).
On April, 27th ordered some drugs; received an email on the following day saying goods were dispatched, providing tracking information and payment had been settled. I checked my bank and settlement went for a mexican entity (IFS*realca MEXICO DF MX) in the amount of 165$ aprox. That was my first surprise that payment was going into a mexican entity. Then after some days checked the wheabouts of the merchandise and only one line displaing on INDIA POST that goods were dispatch to MUMBAI aiprort. That was another suprprise as nothing is mentioned when buying!
Since had paid express mail and goods did not arrived mailed their suport services on May, 13rd asking reasons for the delay. They replied they could not retrieve useful information and asked to wait another week. Which I replied disclosing my disappointment and a day later they offered to re-send the merchadinse which I accepted. A couple of days later they sent a new mail providing another tracking number. So it seems that was just some bad luck that can happen to anybody.
On May 25th I went to the tracking site and discovered it was blank. When I asked them whereabouts of the goods they just said that were going contacting the supplier and would provide an answer later.
On May 30th, having no answer I contacted them by mail asking an update which they replied that needed to get back (AGAIN) to the supplier.
On June, 3rd, having no answer contacted them by mail disclosing the umproper behaviour from them by letting a customer down. They replied to offer to send a THIRD package (by then I could almost to set up phamarcy in my neibourhood if all these packages were to be received!)
Well, on June, 4th, this was smelling like fraud...so I sent them an email asking for a refund which they replied on the very next day that funds would be availble in the next 7 days.
Well, it seems that a sad experience could at least be forgotten... but NO!
On june, the 13th, having not received the funds I sent them an email questioning them. Their reply is fantastic: sort of "because of a technical problem we cannot send the funds because we terminated the contract we had with the bank that settled with your card so we suggest that you go and claim to your bank a charge back". Something like this, unbelievable they have a contract with me which is to supply the goods, cannot delivered them and than it is my responsability to get the money back.
Then decided to call customer support numbers on their site both UK and US. Nobody answers. Ok I realise I was victim of fraud as that would be the right thing to do before ordering but I had just become impressed by the site content.
Another leasson was that fortunatelly my payment went thru a virtual credit card which garrantees that card details will not be used. My suspition is that they always answer your mails in order look good and allowing to buy some time (and perhaps use your card datails).
