The SUPERVISOR told me my electric at my NEW place would be hooked up on 05/11/15. It DIDN'T get done. My son called today, 05/12. He was told by a STUPIVISOR it would be done by noon. WASN'T DONE. My son called again and was told by ANOTHER STUPIDVISOR it would be done by 5pm. Still NO ELECTRIC, BIG SURPRISE. My son called AGAIN and talked to yet ANOTHER STUPIDVISOR who said it will be done by midnight. REALLY??? I'm sitting here with a small dog who is afraid of the dark, I've spent 600.00 on hotels, and have had to deal with STUPID STUPERVISORS. Texas, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND KICK ONCORE TO THE CURB!!!!!
I have been in my business new location for 1 yr now and i have done everything imaginable to keep my utility bill down.
i.e. heavily insulated the building, us energy efficeint thermostats, tinted all window. etc...
And for all intence purposes it worked! my bill this month was $65.37 not including tax's. then there's a line from Oncor
"TDU surcharges" for $126.89! I think this is outragous. they charge me 3x my bill no mater what I do. and my usage has nothing to do with it. feeling ripped off!
My neighbor and I received a letter from Oncor stating we had tampered with our meters. We recieved a bill for almost $400.00. I immediately contacted them as well as TXU to rebuttal it. I stated I am a very valuable custoner with TXU since 1967, never late or asked for payment arrangements nor do I even know where the meter is located. I am a law abiding citizens that own my own home and there was no need for me to tamper with the meter. Therefore, I contacted the PUC and they stated TXU stated I did. Oncor claims to have pictures of the tampered meter but how do I know the meter guy didnt do it. How is it possible my next door neighbor would have a tampered meter at the same time. Please help me resolve this issue with this ripoff company.
