This company is a scam. Do not use. I have done everything by protocol to get my money back and they are giving me the run around. If you sell your car and show them proof including the title they will not give you your money back.

Scam

Scam

Scam.

They will call you non stop if you post anything on craigslist to sell. Have received over 10 calls in one day. 4-5 calls every day my car was listed to sell on craigslist. Afte ri removed the post they still called. Trying to get you to give them money to sell your vehicle. Bunch of losers & complete assholes that could care less about bothering you or respecting your time. I have obtained names & personal info on several of there sales people that i am posting. Hope they enjoy getting as much as they like giving!

They got my phone number from my Craigslist listing. Left me a very compelling message about selling used cars, which caught my interest as i'm having trouble selling my daughter's 2008 VW Passat. I called the number back, was given the choice of vehicles over $2000 or under $2000, then transferred to a hold-queue with 13 people waiting ahead of me! That really impressed me! People were very nice too. Another nice touch--I had the car listed for $8,950 and asked the rep what he thought I should list it for. As I'd priced the car at the high end of Edmunds I was expecting him to give me a lower price, but no, after 'reviewing activity in the past weeks' he suggested $9,200. Nice! I was going to make more money with these guys too.

It was downhill from there. After I listed the car with Oncedriven, I went to their site and posing as a buyer, put in a request for cars iike the one I was selling. The site shows you nothing; asks you to fill out a form and they'll send you cars for sale within your parameters. A day later, I'd received nothing, and began to suspect something was amiss.

Happy ending. Visa refunded my money, and I cancelled the card. A final note. Last night I received a text from someone asking if the car was still for sale, to contact 'Abigal Adams' at a gmail address. The language was very awkward and I didn't reply.

The lesson? Post your phone number on Craigslist with care, or not at all!

A person named Aaron who works for this company flooded my voicemail with calls, because my husband listed a boat on Craigslist. When we listed our boat we specifically checked the box *Do not contact me with unsolicited services or offers. I am assuming that the people who work there can't read. I called and asked them to stop calling me and yet... they still called. I am fed up with this company. We sold our boat on our own and removed our add from craigslist and this company is still calling me. I called them back and requested to speak to a manager and they refused. I asked to speak to or get info for their legal department and the lady named Susan refused and told me that will never happen. Not only did they harass me by contacting me repeatedly and ignoring the fact that we requested not to be contacted.... they are rude, and unprofessional.

When I first moved to town. I responded to a customer service ad on indeed. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary, Great pay, Good benefits, A Set schedule. Seemed harmless enough so when they called I jumped at the chance to interview. I was invited to a small office building in a downtown metropolitan area. I was buzzed in to a secure building and was met at another secured entrance and invited into a small and admittedly asthetic call center. I was ushered into a conference room by two ladies who shall FOR NOW remain nameless and asked about my experience In which I replied mainly customer service I was told that I would be doing sales for an auto company. That I would be basically be responsible for matching buyers and sellers.

Sounded easy enough. So when I left the interview I checked the company name they really operate under. That FOR NOW will remain nameless and found nothing. I Was offered the job and reported to my first day of work.

Spent about a week in the training room going over scripts and rebuttals. Still not knowing the companys true name or true operation.

When I went downstairs for my "first break" I was told by an employee in the building downstairs from this office that they were racists who didnt keep or retain african american employees. I shrugged that off.

I soon realized that I was the only black there. The rest were white. I was COMPLETELY IGNORED by two of the customer service managers my first week there. I also learned that the seat they assigned me was assigned to two previous african american employes who were no longer there. When I finally was assigned to take my first call, It slowly dawned on me that I was supposed to sell this craigslist scam to a bunch of unsuspecting people who were trying to sell their cars on craigslist. I struggled with my conscience, and looked up the name from my script once driven. And my heart sank......i asked them about their reputation and asked them if they really sold cars. They spent the next two months trying to convince me that everything the internet said was a lie and they actually sold cars. Between the lack of diversity in the company

Ie employees calling me "their little black friend" and the fact that I had no right to my own feelings an opinions were one thing. But to prey on the poor, Widows who lost their husbands and needed to sell their cars to make ends meet because they couldnt make there car payments, Or that man who listed his "prize harley" because their wife is going to have a baby. Listening to their stories. I couldnt do it.. I didnt do the job I didnt like what they did. I was coached and made to feel like a terrible person. My humanity was slipping. I spent most of my time talking people out of the service. Today was my last day. I was verbally abused lied on Iinterrogated and told I did not fit Iin with their environment. I was relieved Id been called the N word twice in two months. Yes part in ignorance but mostly in anger over there business practices. I feel redeemed

Knowing that I cant I wont do anything for money. I didnt accept the gift cards....or the incentives to hurt another person. I left knowing that I couldnt stoop so low..thats why I know ill be ok..

Oh and I told them what I thought of them when I left Smile.
