They say pay us $189 and if you sell your car else where within the 45 days, they will issue you a refund. I sold my car elsewhere so asked for my refund, and they have ignored me. I filled out their form on their website for a refund, no response, i emailed sadie, my account represenitive, stating i wanted a refund, no response. Nice scam they got going.
they will text you asking the pertinent questions,ever been wrecked etc.etc.then say something like..well I would have to come all the way from Vegas,Phoenix or wherever.and ask if you would come down in price to find your lowest number, you give it, they usually text back, a little out of my budget. Nice bike, or car.i will let you know if something changes, Thanks.I won't respond to any price lowering questions,only face to face from now on.
Wanted money to sell a vehicle ....they harvest numbers from craigslist because it is a FREE service. Don't send these scammers a penny, they won't help you sell anything .... just make you $189 poorer !
Total scam... Sales rep called me for two weeks, then convinced me to list with them with a guarantee. Car received no offers, i went to pull it so get refund, and they said i signed a contract so too bad!!!! wow, told me one thing, fine print another. No reason at all to use this company. You can post yourself. You end up doing everything anyways, and just throw 189.00 down the toilet!!!! terrible!!!!
kept calling but the phone only rang once and then they left a msg. the first one said they would sell my bike for free and in never responded to that. the 4 calls after that said they would need 200 and they could sell my bike, so I gave them 200 and they did nothing for me. I got some crap emails from a bot. no one to buy my bike. I filed a complaint with the bbb and the ftc to get my money back.
They called me this morning. Being a woman alone, I thought that some help to sale my old beat up van would be welcome but I like to check first and I found all of your testimonies. I know now to not use them! Just wondering if I'll be able to sale this old beat up van of mine...

Just like many of the folks before me I received a voice mail from Aaron at Once Driven. Return phone number 888.941.6515. Says he has several buyers for a car I have listed on Craigslist. Asked me to call back before the end of the day and that there would be a small fee for the transaction to be made. I checked them out first and once again another scam. Thank you to the others for reporting this so the rest of us, normal folks, out here who are just trying to sell a great automobile won't get caught up in another scam!
Listed a vehicle on craigslist spelled out phone number like this twozerosix to keep bots from stealing the number, i received 20 phone calls in 5 days from them all automated messages if i picked up the phone it would just hang up and still get a voicemail, called customer service 10 times to get the number removed from the system with no avail, i end up calling them every time they call me now just as a f**k you to them until they stop
Multiple calls from Once Driven offering to sale a motorcycle I posted on Craigslist. Initially the messages were from the number listed above and now I receive blocked calls with messages. Same story as people above.... "We have buyers for your motorcycle". Company replies to these complaints that include no phone number or name help to confirm what others are stating. Avoid this creep.
After reading through this post and receiving the same phone call as above I decided to not go with them. They referred me to their 540 number. Thanks again guys for saving me the headache.

Then simply offer your terms
To once driven for placeing ur vehicle on there ad you guarantee more viewe for there site. As you charge a simple fee of a $400 dls. With the guarantee of receiving there $ 200 dls, payment once the vehicle is sold.....
