Shortly after listing my Harley on CL I received a call from Once Driven (duh). They stated that they had buyers ready for my bike. I paid the $189 and sent 6 photos. That was now two months ago. I have, to date, not RECEIVED ONE SINGLE CALL from anyone wanting to buy my bike. I called within the 45 day period to get my money back. Instead I was convinced (my fault) to lower the price. The person I spoke to could not (?) give me information on whether or not any "buyers" existed or were contacted. I called today with little hope at all of getting my money back. Not surprising, I was told that if that's the way I felt it was, "unfortunate" but there would be no refund because I agreed to the contract. The result is that these "buyers"evidently never existed and I was scammed out of my money for nothing.
Save your money. I used their service. I did not receive any potential buyers. I sold my vehicle to a local person. I was supposed to receive a refund if I sold it myself. After 3 months still no refund. There is still a God in heaven who will settle dishonest accounts on judgment day.
Could you please provide some information that will help us identify your account. We would like to review this matter.
We will review all of the notes and perform a pricing analysis on the motorcycle you were selling. If you were misled in any way, we will issue you a full-refund.
I also listed a nice car with Once Driven at the price that the car was worth. The next I received a call from my account manager tell me the car was priced too high .She wanted to price it at trade-in ,some $2500 below FMV. Their site revealed that they had over 5 k looks, but not one call. I sold it some time later at FMV . So , if want to sell you car at trade-in / wholesale,Once Driven might be your answer, otherwise, do your homework to determine a fair price and sell it yourself.
My story is similar. I was contacted by Aaron with once driven 6 months ago because they were wanting to sell my Mercedes c-300 because they " were still showing demand" for the vehicle and all I had to do was send them $189 and they would sell it right away.I went a couple months without hearing a peep out of them so I called them.I thought maybe we needed to change the marketing strategy----maybe lower the price because I wasn't getting any response. Even a monthly progress report would have been appreciated because I firmly believe they con people into working with them and once they get the $189 they don't fullfill their end of the bargain. I have no reason to believe differently because[other than my phone calls and e-mails to them]I haven't heard squat out of them.
I'm sorry to hear that happened it was some time ago, I have listed my Lincoln Navigator on CL and they have been calling me.. NOT falling for it.. Thanks for the heads up
Was wondering if this was legit. instead of giving them $200 i decided to look them up. damn shame they take so many people's money. The sellers are people that desperately need money, since they are trying to sell things for money. aaron is a sick individual. cant wait till next time he calls ill talk to him this time.
If you have just fallen for this scam I received a refund from them. This is what I did. Later in the day after they called I and I signed up, another scam came through my mailbox. My husband caught it and then I looked up once driven, and my stomach sank. Since I paid with my debit card I talked to my bank and they said I could file a fraud claim once the transaction was published. So I waited a day and my husband said why don't you call them up first and see if they will give you a refund. I didn't think they would, but the next morning I received 26 emails from them saying they were leads. I emailed all 26 people saying I think I was scammed and asking if they were real people. Two were bounced, 1 looked like a bot, and one person was real, but said she was not looking for a car. With evidence in hand I called customer service and said "I'd like a refund" they asked why "because you are a scam" they blubbered a bit saying if this is a scam then why would they answer the phone. I said look, you sent me 26 emails this morning 2 were fake 1 was a bot and a third person said she wasn't even looking for a car. I'm going to file a fraud charge with my BANK or you can refund my money. They said they would have a manager call me back. I said they had 1 hour before I'd file the charge. It took a little longer than 1 hour, but my money was refunded. Apparently they are afraid of banks. If you fell for this and your situation was not too far in the past, see if you can file a fraud charge with the bank or credit card company. Good Luck!
After reading this review posted in 2014, I did exactly as author suggested. I called Once Driven over the Labor Day weekend not expecting to find them open. I left a message for Beth (assigned agent) telling her that everything I'd read about Once Driven convinced me they were a SCAM, that I had already called my bank to flag the transaction as a 'fraud' and reported them on two different Scam Alert sites as fraudulent. My bank told me that they had to wait until the transaction moved from pending to completed in order to move forward. The transaction was posted on the 5th. I received my entire $189 back on the 6th.
Thanks to sites like this, and this review in particular, I was able to receive my $189 back without even having to talk to these losers.
Lesson learned: 1) Don't subscribe to this service 2) If you do (like I and this author did), don't let them get/keep your $$$. Call you bank immediate and let Once Driven know that you will pursue them as a fraudulent enterprise.
We were very disappointed to read this review. We would like to take the opportunity to review your account and research this matter fully. Could you please provide some form of information so that we may identify your account.
We are glad that your husband encouraged you to call us, and as you stated a refund of your money was provided; however, we would like to take a moment to speak to some of your concerns.
In regard to the email addresses you received. If someone asks us to locate a vehicle for them and provides an email, we do our best to eliminate illegitimate requests and spam. Despite our best efforts, some people provide inaccurate addresses.
One of the primary features of our service utilizes targeted advertising through social outlets such as Facebook and Twitter. Due to cancelling within 24 hours of signing up, we were not even given an opportunity to help you sell your car.
While we understand that you were alarmed by reading a post online, it does not provide justification for the assertion that we are a "scam". While it sounds as though Customer Service handled your request promptly, we would still like to review this matter further.
This company utilizes some sort of algorithm to obtain your phone number from Craigslist or other websites and then calls you offering to help sell your car for $189. They even provide a semi-refundable guarantee ($29 is not refundable). They will then send you ~five (also solicitied personal emails) claiming that these are people interested in buying your car. You will quickly learn that they are not buyers and that they are victims of the same scam as you, because they too are just datamined email addresses from Craigslist or the like. You are essentialy paying $189 to list your vehicle on their website, which gets next to zero traffic from prospective buyers. Save your money and stick with reliable sources like Craigslist, Ebay, and Autotrader. THIS IS A SCAM!!! DON"T FALL FOR IT!!!
Could you please provide some additional information regarding your post (particularly the ~five emails). Our service does not guarantee to send a specific number of emails simply by signing up. The number of requests a seller receives is determined by how many individuals are looking for a vehicle similar to yours.
Individuals looking to purchase a vehicle, enter the data on our website, OR call us to request a vehicle. Can you please provide information that supports the buyers being victims of a scam. If there is something occurring that we are not aware of, we would like to take corrective measures.
You are correct on the fact that we offer a guarantee (clearly posted on our website); however the service provided is more comprehensive than a website listing.
It is our goal to continually improve our service and would like to have the opportunity to clear up any misconceptions you may have. If you were wronged by our company in any way, please allow us to review your experience.
I have been on the "Do Not Call list for two years. I recently posted a trailer on a local classifieds website. It seams they pull phone numbers from these sites and solicit their unwanted service of relieving you of $189 for NOTHING but more spam emails with fake buyers. I keep getting calls from a blocked number, they leave a pre recorded voice mail that says their number is (888)941-6515. Stay away! Report them to the Do Not Call registry.
I love these horrible responses from "Management Team." Let me save you the trouble "Management Team" I have no account, I have never used and never will use your service. I don't have a car I am even selling, I don't even have a car at all, just pieces that haven't moved on their own power for years. These calls are a joke! You are the scum that feeds on unsuspecting and overly trusting people that don't research shady sounding calls before giving away $200.
I received a voicemail from an Aaron. He claimed to have a buyer for my vehicle. When I called (I already knew this was a scam because I did my homework) a gal answered and stated he did not say that...even though I have it on voicemail. I also brought up that my ad (Craigslist) specifically stated "do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers"; yeah she blew that off. Also they wouldn't even let me talk to Aaron. I also love how my phone never rang I just all of a sudden had a voicemail.
Aaron you're luck you don't live in my neck of the woods I would have beat your ass.
I received the exact message you did (from Aaron) and it went right to voice mail. Showed up on my phone, "No Caller ID" and my phone never rang (shows as a missed call). I too have a vehicle for sale on Craigslist and I'm positive that is where they found my number. Thanks for sharing - I will not be calling "Aaron" back.
In my opinion, you should do a domain search to identify the registered domain company and then you should file an Abuse Complaint. It is believed, once a certain threshold of complaints are received, services could be terminated and or other remedies, which could be available within the Acceptable Use Policy.
Here's the Complaint link for OnceDriven http://abuse.web.com/InquiryComplaints
The use of words such as "is believed, my opinion, should, and, could," is an expression of beliefs and or opinions.
1/29/15. This afternoon I also received a call from the 540-904-4838 number. They left the number in a voicemail. Same story 189 dollars to sell my truck. They seen my add on Craig's list. I just reported another scammer to the fbi for posing as a deployed soldier interested in it. I was already cautious to say the least. Really glad I researched these folks. What the hell is wrong with people these days. Thank you to everyone who reported these losers.
Listed my bike and this company has left a message weekly saying they can sell it and to call them. They called again tonight (blocked caller) and left a message, so I thought I'd just see about them. Glad I didn't call.
I am selling my car in several places on the Internet. Today, I've got a call from a Private number (unlisted). I did not pick up the phone. They left a message to call back at 540-904-4838 with a promise to sell my car with $200 fee because there is a demand for it. I am glad I found this site. Notice: the so-called "Management team" has no real person's name or telephone number. It's time to submit this site to the FBI folks and see who is behind this company.
Person called after I posted craigslist ads offering to list my vehicle and guarantees to sell it and states already have buyers lined up. Don't need to pay anybody to sell my car thats why I listed it for free! AARON left message saying that his buyers were immediate and interested in my car. He was going through a list of vehicles like mine...please call 8889416515. BEWARE BEWARE I seen the other numbers listed in the previous posts and would like to add the Company Once Driven is still at it and AARON is using a new number. Glad I checked first. Please make note of the phone number to block & report.
They keep calling me. My number has been on the national do-not-call registry for a long time. How do they get around it? They claim their "parent company" is a "nonprofit" because they are "providing a valuable service to the mentally handicapped".
So they're essentially robocall telemarket harassing people with a ripoff service (it's a scam, just Google the company), AND on top of that they're weasling out of the laws by taking advantag of the mentally disabled.
Got a call from these guys yesterday saying they had seen my ad and wanted to help me sell my truck so would i call them back later that day because people were interested in it. Well that sounded strange to me mainly because a turd like that is not hot seller. So i checked them out the next morning and eventually found this. I appreciate the fellow posters insight and i don't believe ill be using once driven for anything. In the meantime anybody want to buy a crappy f350?
So glad I was able to find info on these honkies, just received a call from the infamous "Aaron" I will not and will never call and use this service Once Driven. I've been scammed before and will always do my homework, so glad I did! God Bless!
I posted my HD on CL and yes a day later a person ( block number) called me and stated they could assist and sell my bike quickly. And that there would be a fee. I always look up services before I use them and I am happy that I found this site.
Placed ad on Craigslist said specifically no dealers, no solicitation, and if you were not the one buying my car for sale to pound sand. No matter they have a list of people who are specifically looking for my car. A 22 year old faded 171,0000 mile junker for $1750, a whole list you say. I said loudly as he was speaking but I know you are going to ask for money, right? How much? $189 for these exclusive people he says. I laughed. And said can you not read I put no solicitation. He said it's not a solicitation. I said you just asked for money.do you need a dictionary you moron I told him. I hung up and proceed to block their number from my phone. No matter I got a call 15 minutes later from a blocked number from the same company. I need to answer my phone as I'm selling this car, but I'm close to losing it and I don't need the stress. Somebody please shove a dictionary far up their brain hole and also explain they are a big fat scam too. Sorry but if you fall for their lies you deserve it. Exclusive buyers for a 1994 beat up honda civic give me a break.
Was contacted by this company following posting of vehicle for sale on craigslist. I marked 'do not want unsolicited contact' yet still received numerous call regarding assistance selling my vehicle. I have since researched and conclude that they are 'rip off' agency with no intention of helping me sell my vehicle. The desired result of this complaint is to warn others and to be refunded my $189.
BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning OnceDriven soliciting consumers who posted advertisements on Craigslist. Complainants state that after placing an ad to sell their vehicle on Craigslist, they are solicited to sell their vehicle through OnceDriven. The majority of the complainants state they have checked the "do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers" box in their advertisement. This is no longer a standard statement in the advertisements; consumers have to choose to check the box when placing the ad on Craigslist. BBB requested OnceDriven re-evaluate their interpretation of the Craigslist policy which prohibits contacting sellers with other commercial services or interests. Additionally, complainants' state they are told buyers are, "lined up" specifically looking to purchase their vehicle and then never receive a single call or inquiry about their vehicle. This BBB sent via postal mail a letter on January 29, 2016 requesting cooperation in resolving the underlying issues of complaints. We then sent a reminder for a response via email in February 2016. To date, we have not received a response from OnceDriven.co
Thank goodness for the Internet & this site! We listed our Harley bike on CL just a few days ago. At 1 a.m the next day, I got a text from a person saying they wanted it...consider it sold....remove it from CL (which I did not do!). Here's the catch...he could ONLY pay through PayPal. Long story short, I called customer service at PayPal and the rep advised me NOT to go through PayPal to collect for anything you are selling for a larger sum. When I told "him" he would need to arrange for cash, guess what? He backed out of the purchase! The next SCAM was these people calling! I too got a voice mail from an "Aaron" saying he already had buyers looking for a bike JUST LIKE OURS! I tried calling the number (888-941-6515). I was on hold for a few minutes and just hung up. I wanted to tell "Aaron", what I thought of SCAMMERS! We ALL need to report these people & protect each other! I try to follow a rule my mother taught me many years ago. "If it sounds to good to be true...it probably is!" And...always, always follow your gut instinct! God gave it to you for a reason! Be careful who you are " selling " to...you may be "giving" it away! Good luck to everyone!
This man who called himself, aaron, left me a voice message today stating that he was from once driven. He said he had several buyers interested in the car i have listed on craigslist. He asked me to contact him before the end of the day he'd like to speak with me and get more information about the car. He also said there would be a small fee to connect me with these buyers.
I googled once driven and found there are several scam complaints involving the company and aaron's name and return phone number appeared in several of the scam complaints. Just wanted to be one more person to make others aware of this scam. By the way, i will not be contacting them. Thank you for your services.
I signed up for this service yesterday, I just wish I had read some of the reviews before doing that. I was told by Aaron that there were many customers looking for the exact car I had for sale. Once I had signed up, I was given the name of an employee that would be my "agent" and that she would be calling me to touch base with me. Have not heard from Jen yet, called her extension this morning and left a message asking her to call. I also received 3 notifications that there were people interested in my car and I could reach out via email if I wanted to. I was provided the email addresses. All 3 emails were invalid. I have already talked with my credit card company about initiating stop payment on this charge.
These creeps called after seeing my ad on Craig's List for a vehicle. They left a message to call them at 888-941-6515. The number on the caller I.D. was:540-904-4838. I went to the Do Not Call registry and filed a complaint. Suggest that you do the same. https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
I got a call also. I would not pay to have someone else sell my car in the first place but I'm glad I looked them up. Wow. That's pretty unethical business practices. Company's that are unethical, have to hire people to sit and watch what is being posted about their company and try and defend it because they know they are not being honest and ethical. I know i would not be defending or responding to posts like these if I was an honest and ethical company because I know they wouldn't be true. Pretty sad.
If your on the do not call list then why are they allowed to make calls to cell phones without caller ID's? They have cheated and found away around caller blocks so is this the type of company that you want to deal with? Not me.
I’m such an idiot for falling for this shit. I paid them $289 back in June, sold my car on my own, was told my refund would be processed in 7-10 business days and have been waiting six months for my refund! How the hell are these people still in business?? I’m filing a report with the attorney general, already complained to the BBB and posted all over social media. I was in a bind at the time and really needed to sell my car. This company, it’s owners and anyone working there is complicit in theft, they should hold their heads down in shame everyday for their lack of integrity and for stealing from their customers. You all have some serious karma coming your way, I truly feel sorry for you.
I have been contacted 3 times by "payton", all calls on my voice mail,
He seems polite, although he gives a call back number that does not work! (540-904-48380,
Each time i have tried to call him back, i can only use the one main number that goes into calling center, extremely rude women answer, they always refuse to let me speak to a supervisor, or anyone from any management team,...
It does not matter what time of day, which day, or who answers, they pull your number up on their caller i.D. And are ready for an attack. No matter how friendly you are, as i am trying to reach payton, he seemed polite, and i was interested in doing business with him... They are rude women that talk over you, and evidently are so used to mad customers, they assume you are calling to go off on them,
So ultimately, if you politely request to speak to anyone from managment or a supervisor...They always tell you off and hang up on you!!!
And i was genuinely interested in doing business with them, i just wanted to speak to the boy who initially contacted me, had a few questions, my later calls were an attempt to speak to a supervisor and explain my experience, if i were managing that call center and wanted to successfully gain business i would be interested in knowing what was going on)!
Super defensive rude women at calling center, hang up on you, and cut off your chances from giving the your money before you even get a chance to consider doing business with them.
Obviously go to work each day negatively, and are just ready to attack people and hang up on them!!!!!!!!
WE HAVE A CAMPER ON CL AND SOMEONE FROM ONCE DRIVEN HAS BEEN CALLING US REPEATEDLY. HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE INTERESTED IN IT, THEY SAID. IT'S A SELLERS MARKET, THEY SAID. WE WILL SELL IT IN 45 DAYS OR YOU WILL GET $189.00 OF THE $200.00 PAID BACK, THEY SAID. IT'S A WIN WIN SITUATION, THEY SAID. WE SAID, NO!
AND THEY STILL ARE CALLING US. THEY SHOULD BE TAR AND FEATHERED, AND HUNG FROM THE NEAREST TREE, I SAID.
I didn't have any interest in using this service when i decided to sell my motorcycle (2010 harley-davidson dyna wide glide). The sales rep. Convinced me that it was a 'no lose' situation using their service. He stated that the fee was $189.00 and that all but $30.00 Fee for creating and listing the ad) would be returned if the motorcycle did not sell in 45 days. I received absolutely no interest from any potential buyer through once driven. I called this morning for a refund and was told that they don't give refunds and that i should have done a better job of reading the return policy. Obviously, the sales rep. Would tell me anything to make the sale and then let me go through hell to get a refund based on his lies. Businesses like this one need to be put "out of business" immediately.
I listed my 1972 Corvette with Once Driven and at a very reasonable price. The car is in very very good shape. I paid them immediately when signing up and hear it is one month later I have not gotten one call or response on my car. You try and get a hold of them it takes for ever or to get a call back. I even tried lowering my price and still nothing. This company is a rip-off.
I received a voicemail and my phone rung only once and a Patton is the guy who stated there are lots of buyers looking for a vehicle like mine. I thought ok if there is why don't you just give them the information and we can do business. I block their number from my phone. This is a mean and dirty world with people like this and I pray to God that they have to repay four folds for what they are doing to people. The Bible clearly states you will repeat what you sow and believe me your day is soon to come so hope you enjoy your stealing.
Just posted my vehicle on Craig's list, the first response tried to dupe me out of $950. dollars so watch for the a "Steve Wooden". Next call is from Once Driven received a call from Payton - when I returned the call Anna picked up and was willing to take the sale right from under him. Great ethics and team work. Their recorded sales pitch states "if no sale in 45 days Once Driven will refund your $189.00 dollars". Anna didn't claim this was the case, when asked she didn't own up to the refund but stated "we continue to try to sell your vehicle. I told Anna I would check Once Driven out before I subscribe. Well I'm glad I did and will not be subscribing to Once Driven. Thank you everyone for sharing.
Everytime i post a vehicle on craigslist, these scammers call. Not once, at least half a dozen times. Aaron has done it & just recently someone claiming to be "payton" from a 540 area code. They will leave their "name" & the return 540 area code # only. If you call it you will get a once driven prompt. It is a scam for just under a $200 buy in to list through them. As you can read, less than optimal results. Do yourself a favor & report them. Ruining a decent free site to get stuff sold. All for a profit. Don't fall for it.
I received 2 calls wanting me to let them sell my vehicle for me and having prospective buyers for a low $189 fee. I
called them back and verified company name and fees. I asked about any hidden fees after the sell and was told that's all I had to pay. I decided to go on line and look them up and saw the Scam sight and thanks to you people I thought it was too good to be true, every thing that was told to you was told to to me. I hope this helps other people as well.
I posted my car for sale on Craig's List with the check box "No Solicitations" I have been contacted three times by Peyton from once driven, this last time my phone never rang, it showed up as a missed call with a voice mail informing me he buyers lined up to purchase my vehicle. I called the number provided, I was to I was #7 in line and placed on hold. The more I listened to the recorded message I began to question my sanity. I hung up and went the internet and found out Once Driven has a reputation as a scam business. I will not be doing business with them, THANK YOU to everyone that has reported the business "Once Driven" as SCAM.
I didn't call back but it was Aaron, glad I checked, it's Wonderful the age we live in, google it it's amazing what you can find out. Same story wanted around 200 bucks and people standing in line waiting for it according to voicemail
Once Driven still active as of 6 December 2016. Called me after posting in Autotrader. Have left messages (yes, Aaron is still the one), with both numbers (520 and 888). Rather relentless, with same promises as written here. Will they deliver? Unlikely, and certainly will not find out at my expense, so thanks for the anecdotal experiences shared here.
They call about my car ad on Craigslist, even thought the ad clearly states "I do not need help selling this car." Then they get all uppity mad when I called back to ask if they were literate and could read. Why pay for a service when you can simply lower the price for a legitimate buyer??
My ad on Craigslist clearly states, "I do not need help selling my car." They call anyway. Then got all uppity mad when I asked if they could read. Well IF the could read, then they wouldn't be calling.
Just thought I would pass this along that as of 11/8/16, this scam is still up and operating. I am selling a camper and they called claiming the same song and dance that for $189 they could sell it for me. While they were giving me the sales pitch I looked them up and found this site. Once I told them that I was a detective and assigned to computer fraud investigations, they quickly hung up.
I too got a voice mail from "Aaron" without my phone ever ringing. Suspicious, to say the least that "Aaron" seems to be the only guy in their office making these calls.
Aaron keeps calling and leaving a message. Wants to help sell my car that is listed on AutoTrader. Glad I checked here.
I also received two text messages from others within 12 hours of placing the ad, from Utah and Arizona (> 1,000 miles away). Like, really, they want to drive and pick-up, or pay to have delivered, a $1500 car? It pays to be careful out there.
I have had my car on Kijiji here in Calgary. Out of the blue I get a voicemail notification on my phone. Looked at the logs and no inbound calls made to me, so what the hell?
I listened to the voicemail and it was from once driven and for $200 they would get my car sold.
There was already an attempt to have someone scam my car through PayPal for sending a western union money transfer, which i didn't do. Having had that experience so far, this one made me look them up and I doubt they are legit.
Scared me that the voicemail completely bypassed calling me.
I have had multiple calls from 2 people claiming to be from Once Driven. In each case the caller asserts that there are people interested in my motorcycle that I had listed only on Craigslist. They guaranteed to sell my motorcycle for a cost of about $200 dollars to me.
If this is true that they have many clients waiting to buy vehicles for people selling why don't they just buy and sell the vehicles themselves?
Everything I'm reading on this site is true. The calls don't stop, they have called me at least 3 times a week already. They are getting annoying and I can't block there call because they call BLOCKED... suspicious right!!!!!!!!!
My son listed hsi car here - got several calls from Aaron wanting to "help sell". Ad CLEARLY STATES do not solicit services !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These people disregard Do NoT Call, and simply leech off legit ads with a clearly illegitimate service.
Aaron called and left a message this morning. I have sold many items on CL and never had to use a "service" to get it done! I live in TN and just spent the last 30 min on the phone with the Attorney General office in Nashville about this scam. It seems several others have called also. I do hope some agency shuts them down and haul them all to jail. I doubt it....but I do hope so!
Once Driven Reviews
It's a scam all right
Shortly after listing my Harley on CL I received a call from Once Driven (duh).
Scam
Save your money. I used their service. I did not receive any potential buyers. I sold my vehicle to a local person. I was supposed to receive a refund if I sold it myself. After 3 months still no refund. There is still a God in heaven who will settle dishonest accounts on judgment day.

I'm sorry to hear that happened it was some time ago, I have listed my Lincoln Navigator on CL and they have been calling me.. NOT falling for it.. Thanks for the heads up
zero star review
Was wondering if this was legit. instead of giving them $200 i decided to look them up. damn shame they take so many people's money. The sellers are people that desperately need money, since they are trying to sell things for money. aaron is a sick individual. cant wait till next time he calls ill talk to him this time.
In case you fell for it like I did
If you have just fallen for this scam I received a refund from them. Good Luck!
Thanks for the story
Lucky for me I researched before giving my money to them. Thanks you all for posting this!
This Review and Advice helped me tremendously
Review of your account.
Dear Anonymous,
We were very disappointed to read this review.
Thank you,
OnceDriven
Management Team
Additional Information Request
Anonymous,
Could you please provide some additional information regarding your post (particularly the ~five emails).
Thank you,

SPAM CALLER and CLEAR SCAM!!!
Yup, it's a scam
YUP YUP! Alost got me!! No stars!!
AAron needs an ass whooping! I can not believe that company is still in exsistance!! SCAM!!
Phone didn't ring!
OnceDriven is Believed to be Data Mining
In my opinion, you should do a domain search to identify the registered domain company and then you should file an Abuse Complaint. It is believed, once a certain threshold of complaints are received, services could be terminated and or other remedies, which could be available within the Acceptable Use Policy.
Here's the Complaint link for OnceDriven http://abuse.web.com/InquiryComplaints
The use of words such as "is believed, my opinion, should, and, could," is an expression of beliefs and or opinions.
also glad I looked them up
Glad I looked them up
Listed my bike and this company has left a message weekly saying they can sell it and to call them. They called again tonight (blocked caller) and left a message, so I thought I'd just see about them. Glad I didn't call.
VRX in Canada
Still have doubts?
I am selling my car in several places on the Internet. Today, I've got a call from a Private number (unlisted). I did not pick up the phone. They left a message to call back at 540-904-4838 with a promise to sell my car with $200 fee because there is a demand for it. I am glad I found this site. Notice: the so-called "Management team" has no real person's name or telephone number. It's time to submit this site to the FBI folks and see who is behind this company.
Scam!!!!!
Scammer scam scam scam she wouldn't give me her credit card number.
SCAM SCAMMER LOSER NO SUCH SERVICE
I'm sure they're just really great people, right?
almost got me
Got a call from these guys yesterday saying they had seen my ad and wanted to help me sell my truck so would i call them back later that day because people were interested in it. Well that sounded strange to me mainly because a turd like that is not hot seller. So i checked them out the next morning and eventually found this. I appreciate the fellow posters insight and i don't believe ill be using once driven for anything. In the meantime anybody want to buy a crappy f350?
I love the internet
So glad I was able to find info on these honkies, just received a call from the infamous "Aaron" I will not and will never call and use this service Once Driven. I've been scammed before and will always do my homework, so glad I did! God Bless!
Thank you for this site
I posted my HD on CL and yes a day later a person ( block number) called me and stated they could assist and sell my bike quickly. And that there would be a fee. I always look up services before I use them and I am happy that I found this site.
Pre Warned
I think this site just saved me 200 bones! Thanks yall
LOL
Your review of the bazsterds made my day....
BBB Website information
I pulled this directly off the BBB website.
SCAMMERS EVERYWHERE! BEWARE PEOPLE!
Questionable
File a complaint!
Unethical
I got a call also. I would not pay to have someone else sell my car in the first place but I'm glad I looked them up. Wow. That's pretty unethical business practices. Company's that are unethical, have to hire people to sit and watch what is being posted about their company and try and defend it because they know they are not being honest and ethical. I know i would not be defending or responding to posts like these if I was an honest and ethical company because I know they wouldn't be true. Pretty sad.
Craigslist add scammer
If your on the do not call list then why are they allowed to make calls to cell phones without caller ID's? They have cheated and found away around caller blocks so is this the type of company that you want to deal with? Not me.
COMPLETE SCAM!
They spam craigslist ads with a bogus offer to help sell your car. Avoid at all costs. Report them and hopefully one day this company will fold.
STILL SCAMMING
This Company is just a scam
I listed my 1972 Corvette with Once Driven and at a very reasonable price. The car is in very very good shape. I paid them immediately when signing up and hear it is one month later I have not gotten one call or response on my car. You try and get a hold of them it takes for ever or to get a call back. I even tried lowering my price and still nothing. This company is a rip-off.
Craig Gross
Almost called
I received a voicemail and my phone rung only once and a Patton is the guy who stated there are lots of buyers looking for a vehicle like mine. I thought ok if there is why don't you just give them the information and we can do business. I block their number from my phone. This is a mean and dirty world with people like this and I pray to God that they have to repay four folds for what they are doing to people. The Bible clearly states you will repeat what you sow and believe me your day is soon to come so hope you enjoy your stealing.
Scam
Same story as others. Dealt with Payton and Anna. Can't understand how they can leave messages without phone ringing. Thanks for saving me $200!
Glad I looked them up
Just posted my vehicle on Craig's list, the first response tried to dupe me out of $950. dollars so watch for the a "Steve Wooden".
Got two calls
I received 2 calls wanting me to let them sell my vehicle for me and having prospective buyers for a low $189 fee. I
called them back and verified company name and fees. I asked about any hidden fees after the sell and was told that's all I had to pay. I decided to go on line and look them up and saw the Scam sight and thanks to you people I thought it was too good to be true, every thing that was told to you was told to to me. I hope this helps other people as well.
SCAM ALERT
I posted my car for sale on Craig's List with the check box "No Solicitations" I have been contacted three times by Peyton from once driven, this last time my phone never rang, it showed up as a missed call with a voice mail informing me he buyers lined up to purchase my vehicle. I called the number provided, I was to I was #7 in line and placed on hold. The more I listened to the recorded message I began to question my sanity. I hung up and went the internet and found out Once Driven has a reputation as a scam business. I will not be doing business with them, THANK YOU to everyone that has reported the business "Once Driven" as SCAM.
recieved call today
I didn't call back but it was Aaron, glad I checked, it's Wonderful the age we live in, google it it's amazing what you can find out. Same story wanted around 200 bucks and people standing in line waiting for it according to voicemail
still going
Once Driven still active as of 6 December 2016. Called me after posting in Autotrader. Have left messages (yes, Aaron is still the one), with both numbers (520 and 888). Rather relentless, with same promises as written here. Will they deliver? Unlikely, and certainly will not find out at my expense, so thanks for the anecdotal experiences shared here.
Annoying Trolls
They call about my car ad on Craigslist, even thought the ad clearly states "I do not need help selling this car." Then they get all uppity mad when I called back to ask if they were literate and could read. Why pay for a service when you can simply lower the price for a legitimate buyer??
Annoying Trolls
My ad on Craigslist clearly states, "I do not need help selling my car." They call anyway. Then got all uppity mad when I asked if they could read. Well IF the could read, then they wouldn't be calling.
Still Out there
Just thought I would pass this along that as of 11/8/16, this scam is still up and operating. I am selling a camper and they called claiming the same song and dance that for $189 they could sell it for me. While they were giving me the sales pitch I looked them up and found this site. Once I told them that I was a detective and assigned to computer fraud investigations, they quickly hung up.
SCAM SCAM SCAM
They obtained my number from a Craigslist add which also said no solicitations.
Now I get blocked calls with a message from Aaron saying they have buyers lined up to purchase my vehicle, only cost's $200.
My wife told me I'd get these calls once I placed an add, I guess she was right!
Not a chance after reading these
I too got a voice mail from "Aaron" without my phone ever ringing. Suspicious, to say the least that "Aaron" seems to be the only guy in their office making these calls.
When in doubt . . . stay out
Aaron keeps calling and leaving a message.
I'm very leary to say the least
I have had my car on Kijiji here in Calgary. Out of the blue I get a voicemail notification on my phone. Looked at the logs and no inbound calls made to me, so what the hell?
I listened to the voicemail and it was from once driven and for $200 they would get my car sold.
There was already an attempt to have someone scam my car through PayPal for sending a western union money transfer, which i didn't do. Having had that experience so far, this one made me look them up and I doubt they are legit.
Scared me that the voicemail completely bypassed calling me.
Too good too be true?
I have had multiple calls from 2 people claiming to be from Once Driven. In each case the caller asserts that there are people interested in my motorcycle that I had listed only on Craigslist. They guaranteed to sell my motorcycle for a cost of about $200 dollars to me.
If this is true that they have many clients waiting to buy vehicles for people selling why don't they just buy and sell the vehicles themselves?
Whatever.
scam
Everything I'm reading on this site is true. The calls don't stop, they have called me at least 3 times a week already. They are getting annoying and I can't block there call because they call BLOCKED... suspicious right!!!!!!!!!
Got the same song a dance
Still waiting to hear from anyone regarding the HD I listed with Once Driven.
Funny thing is I got called after listing on GL from other folks offering the same type service.
Now I'm searching my CC bills to try and stop payment after reading these reviews.
Tried calling my rep
Carey at 888 941 6515 x 136
No referrals
Leeches using CL ads !!! Steer clear
FTC needs to shut these assholes down- NOW
Same ol' crap
Aaron called and left a message this morning. I have sold many items on CL and never had to use a "service" to get it done! I live in TN and just spent the last 30 min on the phone with the Attorney General office in Nashville about this scam. It seems several others have called also. I do hope some agency shuts them down and haul them all to jail. I doubt it....but I do hope so!
