I would only give this company a zero star rating. I ordered back in September 28, 2014. The product wasn't shipped until October 28.2014, Needless to say I had to refund my customer there money because they didn't get the item before Halloween. The customer service is Poor or Horrible. They don't answer emails and you cant call them.
I would not recommend this company for anything. Stay away. Lesson learned.
So, I ordered from oklingerie.com on November 27. I have a lingerie boutique and they offer dropship. This is not the normal company I use!
My customer still hasn't received her items. I put in a PayPal dispute and they immediately contacted me, when they wouldn't before. They said the customer would receive items soon and to close the dispute. Friday, December 6, they said it had been delivered so I closed the PayPal dispute not knowing I couldn't open it again.
Here it is Thursday, December 12, and still nothing! They haven't responded to ANY of my emails since Friday and that is the only way of contacting them! They are a HORRIBLE company and I highly recommend staying as far away from them as humanly possible!!
Now my boutique will have a bad rep. because of this distributor! And I will more than likely have to refund my customer and lose money! I will NEVER use them again and I am warning EVERYONE I can about them!! So, please take heed! These people are crooks!!
