I hired this contractor not just because of pricing but also he sold a great product and return at the time. I didn't know the hell that would be coming. Unfortnetly, I was presented by Omar Diaz which is not a lic holder but the Father of the Lic holder for Marlon Diaz. Marlon is his son and has his father do the construction or additions. His father, will say proudly ""oh I use his liscense and I pay him off"". I requested this addition three years ago, our need for the addition to the home I just purchased, was due to My son's disablities and my parents needing to move in due to the age and father has cancer and my mother needs an Op for her knees. I need to care for them all ASAP.
I have asked repeadedly to speak with Marlo Diaz or have him come to my house and never has Marlon shown up. We contracted them over 2 and 1/2 years ago for an addition to our home and it's not even close to being done. Omar, the father, will disappear for months and then give sob stories. According to his prolonged stories we believe, He has killed everyone is his family for funerals, divorce, family issues, car trouble's etc. He always has new people working on a specific task like roofing, because he doesnt pay them. So people will knock on the dorrs aas well for that. It is worse than a reality show.
This is absoluetly the worse company, which is run by Omar Diaz ever! We tried calling his son for the last two years and 9 months and only spoke with us once two years ago when his father disappeared for 6 months and no calls. We have called over three times a day to the LIC person Marlon Diaz and he will not get the phone.
