I have a placed an Iphone Activation Unlock Service through the company's website at the beginning of this year (1/1/15). They processed my order online and sent me a confirmation email stated "Pre order and deposit complete - thanks. Once the unlock for that network is back online we will email you to inform of the additional cost to complete your order (if any). Your IMEI will then be placed in the priority unlocking queue for immediate delivery."
A week (12/1/15) later I emailed ask of the status, one of their "operation manager" named Stephanie emailed answer "We are expecting this unlock to be available in the next 2-3 weeks, we are testing a service currently and you will be informed of the outcome." Then I waited.
2 weeks passed. On the 26/1/15, I emailed them and stated that this process is taking too long and it shouldn't be this way toward an unlocking, unless it is not working.
I asked for a refund. They'd replied on the 29/1/15 stated "We have no new update back as yet as soon as we do we will email you." Their comment has not proven valid for their promises on their website, also did not make comment towards the refund issues.
1/2/15, Angry and dissatisfied with the service (I believe of being fraudulent). I demanded my refund, also told them that they have 24 hours to give me a result, but even until today 3/2/15 still no type of response.
