This company has been charging my credit card for years. Once I saw the charges "years Later" I called to cancel and they told me they couldn't cancel because they charged me already and would cancel the next year. Well they kept charging me for another year for two more years. I called my credit card, blocked them and disputed the charges. Then I was charged again each month for 6 months $84. eachtime under a different name but still Nascar Member Club. I blocked them under the new name and disputed again. Now I am seeing $1. charges in my pending credit card activity each day for the past 3 days. I am disputing again and blocking this new name NMP LLC. I believe it was also onmc for the previuos charges. Someone really needs to do something about this comapny!!!!!
I ordered a Jeff Gordon Mug from this company, whom charged me for it and that was on January 2, 2015. I have not recieved it and have sent countless emails to this company and have gotten only 2 responses from them say it as on it's way. the last email from them was received on Feb, 27, 2015. I have sent them 2 emails since their responce on the 27th of Feb.
I sent for a free hand bag and paid the shipping and handling. They took $84.00 out of my checking account today 03/02/2015, I did not authoris this and they did not have my permission to do this, and with out my knowledge. I do not want this membership.
I was charged $1.95 for unsolicited membership. Was then contacted by phone and agreed to a $3.87 charge for a gift card, Prior to call ending we were disconnected. Upon checking my credit card I have a (pending) charge of $84.00. After numerious attempts to contact these people have failed I am making a complaint here. Will also dispute this transaction with my credit card company.
When I received my july bank statement, i noticed that there was an 84.oo deduction from this company for no apparent order from my checking account. I tried to reach the company but I was helped by another that directed in the right direction. I also called my bank and canceled my card and filed a claim.
This other company advised me that I was probably scammed. Need help and I want my money reimbursed no matter what it takes if it means getting a lawyer.

I lost my bank card and then these charges of $84.00 popped up. I did not authorize this account. This is the second year now. Please make it stop.
