Ocwen case file papers to disqualify the judge, because (according to the papers publicly filed in the federal court clerk's office) it turns out that the judge used to work for the law firm representing Moss Codilis, which constitutes 16 of the 20 defendants in the class action lawsuit.""
No indication when the Judge will consider the motion, or if he will feel obligated to pass the motion on to another judge to decide.
