Me: I placed order #16247 with you on 7/31/14 and received the sunglasses yesterday. The white glasses are correct, but I ordered 1080 Black frame with polarized multicolored lens. What I got was 1103 black frame with non-polarized mirror lens. I want the sunglasses that I ordered please. You also charged me $3 more that my invoice that I paid for. Please correct your mistake.

Them: the one you ordered in out of stock so we shipped similar items
Me: Well that is unacceptable, I want what I ordered or the opportunity to order something else.
