I rented a car from Hertz SFO to go to Rohnert Park 6/1. I stayed a Rohnert park to drive back to SFO 6/5. I just received a parking violation ticket from Hertz, wihich was sent to them on 6/4 evening from Oakland Housing Authoriy for a parking violation that took place on Elizabeth Street in Oakland. I was nowhere near Oakland since I was in Rohnert Park. As a proof I was at work and I have credit card receipts for that time frame from Rohnert park where I ate lunch and dinner at 9pm. This is a scam to rip unsuspecting rental car owners. I tried to reach Oakland Housing authority and nobody was picking up!
