I send in my resumes to different companies on a weekly basis, but for this company to send me an email to fill out some kind of education survey because, as state in the email, "Your questionnaire is only required because as stated on your application - this position is usually performed by someone with a graduate degree...so unfortunately I can't hire you without a completed educational questionnaire" (Brenda Moore). I do have a graduate degree, and the whole email, including the portion in quotes, made me suspicious of this "opportunity."
