I have no idea what is wrong with these people.I guess because the rv park is so nice people see it and they stay.It is a very nice rv park.The manager Tom is just rude and horrible to his guest.He makes comments about woman that I wouldn't think about saying.I just don't get it.I would rather stay somewhere where I was appreciated.Has to be on drugs!!My opinion is to just pass it up and go somewhere else.Nice or not they will never get my money again!!!
Looks like a nice rv park on the outside but the person who owns it Steve Sanders and his son Geran Sanders,and his regional manager Tom Mann are pure evil.They run there rv park like a concentration camp. Once you pay for your rv site whether it be for long term stay or for a short time you have just given them permission to treat you as they see fit and laugh in your face while doing so.They may comment on how nice your wifes body looks and what they would like to do to her or they may comment on how your wife needs to stop eating so much and loose some weight.They will look you up on facebook.They make racial remarks on a daily basis and they mock the disabled even while they are right in front them.You may ask yourself how they can do all of this and here is the answer.They have the backing of the Parker County Sherrifs Deparment using a Texas law including RV Parks for Criminal Trespass...They will come out and give you only minutes to pack your stuff up and leave the premises,if you dont you are going to jail and your rv will go to impound..With no refund...I worked there and have seen it happen and it happened to me.I was fired for submitting overtime and the sherriffs department came out there and quoted the criminal trespass law to me and made me leave or face arrest.I have 3 children and a husband,my kids were picked up by the bus every morning inside the property,I had mail going there....This was my home and it does not matter.....I was forced to leave at 10:00 at night with no money because they would not give me my pay check.I slept in the car that night with my entire family.The manager tom mann called the school where my children attend the following morning and told them that we no longer live in the district so my kids can no longer go to school there. All of this it at the direction of the owner Steve Sanders who also own Mingo Rv Park in Tulsa Oklahoma. I am telling you this RV park is one of the nicest I have ever seen but looks are very decieving.This has happend to many people who are only left scratching their heads as to how this can happen especially in america but it does and it could happen to you so you have been warned!!!!!
