This agency along with someone in the local family court house worked together and made documents that state that I am a male and that I the parent to a child named Legend V. Wright and when I called child support and spoke to the staff they really said that I requested a DNA test and I am no relation to this child. I have multile child support cases on my account that are open that should be closed and one of my daughters has two men active on her child support case and the agency tried to make a guy her father by not sending him the documents to show so I called him and then the worker still tried to make him the fater so I said I will go to Maury and finally I got the results.
These people are crazy. I took the paper to my legal aid attorney and she did nothing and then I took it to the court house and the woman too my printout and said the only connection the child has to me was that the child's mother has a child by the same man as my oldest and only son. Still they have not properly accounted my case and they collect child support and I do not get the entire agreed amount which is $200.00 because my children get TA and they've charged me a service fee, which I'm exempt because I've been on Temporary Assistance/ TA before. These agencies refuse to correct these errors and repay the money back and fix my case. How can all this crime happen? They are taken money out my family's mouth. Please help.
I recently learned that my Ex-Wife remarried 3 years after our divorce in 1995 and was collecting Alimony through the NYS Child Support Processing Center for 14 years after being remarried in 1998. Does NYS have an obligation to verify Marital Status when the final judgement of divorce indicates cessation of Alimony upon remarriage. Is my recourse throuth NYS Child Support or would I have to seek redress directly with the offending party.
The Dept of Nys child support has being taking my wages and tax refund with out me owe any rears I always pay my child support on time and they just took my wife tax refund 3,184 for over 11 weeks we proof that I don`t owe any money and still keeping our money,we call and we get excuses they said we will fix all this problem but still no money back plus,I told them they can keep the tax refund
so I ll be paid of for untill 2015 they said I have to keep sending my 60.00 dollars a week because florida child support haven`t put the tax refund check in the account on my name so they are making interest on my money and keeping my family with out necesitys do to there iresponsability or lack of honesty to the American people there best interes is to the money not the child all they do is Illegal.we most closed that egency asap.
