I put a saddle on layway and gave Helen Nymeyer $2,000. I was told by her if I changed my mind, I would receive my money back. After one month, I decided not to purchase the saddle. I called the store and was told by staff I would get my money back but they had to talk to Helen first. A couple weeks went by and I called again, this time they told me I wasn't able to get my money back but could apply the $ towards a store credit. I said this was not what Helen told me but I guess there was nothing I could do about it. I called a few weeks later and said I wanted to purchase a few things I saw on the website. The woman on the phone asked me to hold and then Helen Nymeyer start yelling and screaming at me and told me I wasn't going to get my money back and hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and wrote several letters to her asking for my money back. Bottom line- Helen Nymeyer is dishonest and a reall horrible business woman. I can't believe she takes advantage of people like she does and is still in business. Do not patronize her business!! There are so many good reputable companies out there but her's is not one!! Beware!!
